Palm Springs Vacation

"The bedrooms were decorated nicer than shown on web pictures, but there were no televisions in bedrooms as advertised. Some window coverings throughout the house had stains, as well as the white bed linen. Service was good. " - Home: Waterfall Oasis

Perfect Vacation Home

"We were so impressed with our stay at Moutain Gate that we will be returning again for another vacation in the future!!! My husband and I travelled with our 2 girls (1 and 4) and along with our friends (2 adults and there 3 kids; 1 ,4 & 5) there was more then enough room for all of us. The house was beautiful and the bedrooms were huge. The backyard was AMAZING!!! The pool was perfect and had just enough grass for our kids to run around. Overall we had a great experience. We would recommend this home to anyone. We also loved how it was so close to everything. Suggestions would be maybe having something written out on the pool and hot tub. We didn't know how to turn the hot tub on and also had challenges with heating the pool??? but seemed to have figured out the hot tub. " - Home: Mountain Gate Villa Deluxe

Perfect Home in the Desert

"Property is in great condition and location is perfect, close to airport, downtown palm springs, and golf courses. Back yard pool and hot tub are the best we have rented, and we have been at mulitiple locations. Might be nice if one bedroom had two long twin beds in it. The first time we stayed at this property that is how it was set up. Need to gear it for a golf foursome. Can't say enough good things about your staff. They make it easy to rent from you, unlike other sites where you work directly with the owner and have to chase them down and get them to return phone calls. " - Home: Garden of Eden

Wonderful Tuscan

"House was clean, roomy and comfortable. Loved the pool and spa. Convenient access off Palm Canyon Drive Hwy (111). Would be better if beds were not so low in BR's 1 & 2. Need more eating utensils. Lamps did not work in living room. " - Home: Old World Charm

No Insulation, Not Kept Up

"Day 1 we dealt with the following issues: no lights in backyard (so dark we couldn't find how to turn on the fire pit), wireless was useless, cable went in and out, dvd player wouldn't read our DVDs, walls were paper thin. Day 2 we had 2 realtors stop by the house with clients to "take a peak," they would not take no for an answer even when we said "we're on vacation." Other than that the house was totally functional and very fun. We made the best of everything. There needed to be comprehensive instructions about how everything worked (eg: the fire pit) and where everything was (eg: cushions for the pool chairs). Also if a rental is for sale and the driveway is full of cars there should be an understanding that the house is not viewable! Brian was awesome! He came out in the morning of day 2 and helped us with lights in the backyard, the fire pit, and the cable. " - Home: Atomic Ranch Alexander

Tres Palmas

"The home was well stocked, the kitchen was especially appreciated. Gorgeous backyard. We had a hard time lighting the grill, as it turned out the propane tank was out. Best Value for Our Money

"After a round of golf we enloyed the Pool, Spa and quiet back yard every evening. Good Neighborhood. All in all everything was great. While cooking with the BBQ we felt there wasn't enough light. Spacious and Quiet

"The home was great for accomodating people that like staying together yet have their own space to have quiet time. This home was also perfect for anyone having dogs particularly large dogs that love to swim. I liked that the home was basic with tile floors and you were actually able to live in the home and not worry about ruining anything. We rented this property for a month and had our mail transferred to this address. Unfortuantely, the house did not have a mail box soit took us a week to get this situation resolved. It would be helpful for other guests wishing to have their mail transferred to arrange for a P.O. box at the post office to alleviate this problem. I booked my reservation through Portia and she was very helpful. I spoke with the property managers on duty a few times and hey were helpful in trying to resolve some of the problems. However, the remote to control the tv in the master bedroom was missing so for our month stay the guests staying in that room were not able to use tv. " - Home: Sun Kissed

Handsome Mid-century with a Great Yard and Pool

"Handsome mid-century with a great yard and pool The house was very nice. The kitchen interior cabinets were not clean. There were limited plates and bowls. It was not well outfitted. The master mattress should be replaced due to severe sagging. I love Palm Springs and I think you represent beautiful homes. We loved our week at the house we rented. It has a stunning back yard and a beautiful pool and spa. The night lighting is magical, as was the overall design of the house. Absolutely Perfect

"The home is spacious and well decorated. We loved the covered patio with plenty of seating, the beautiful pool and great Bar-B-Q area. TV's in each bedroom, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The large kitchen area was a perfect area for everyone to gather, and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. I can't say enough about this home, we will definitely be back. A few more wash clothes would be nice, but I can't think of anything else. It is an absolutely perfect place!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Review of Old Las Palmas Elegance

"We had a great experience at the home. The pool was nice and heated. The kitchen had plenty of room for the food/drinks we brought. There were plenty of dishes, pool towels, etc. for everyone. There was lots of space in the backyard, where we spent most of our time. The reservation team and the property managers were very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and they were very helpful. We had some issues getting into the property and they were resolved very quickly with a phone call. We also may have left some items and the team has promised to check and get back to us. A Cozy Home Away from Home

"We liked the fact that it was well equipped with china, glasses and cutlery. This enabled us to entertain some friends on three separate occasions. We liked the bed. Beautiful Home with Minuscule Maid'srm

"Staff was very pleasant & helpful, all of them. In the future, would suggest providing some orientation for the vent controls. We tried to keep both a/c & heating off, but somehow the heating did come on during the nite due to our incompetence. Was the pool light left on purposely 24/7? The recycling container was missing. Incredible Yard. Worn-out Home.

"3 This was our third time. We do it for the yard, the yeard, the yard, the neighborhood, and the ability to walk downtown. And did I mention the yard? I've recently looked online for other homes in the area, and I know that there are at least 5 homes exactly like this one that are available for rent. And every time I would look at the pictures of the houses that had had the interior redone, I wanted to stay in those places instead. I appreciate attempting to remain true to the original mid-century design vision, but the showers take forever to warm up, and then are very touchy, the kitchen is *extremely* tired, and there's really no comfortable places to sit or to read. Great Location!

"This home is close to downtown, shopping, etc. Very spacious living area, however the bathrooms were small. The bed in the master bedroom was too small. The outside area was spacious and great for entertaining and relaxing around the pool. The reservation team was very helpful. Since we did not know the area, they helped us work through finding the right location based on our requirements. The property manager was responsive when we had requests during our stay.
