Position part time or full time depending on skills and track record of applicant. part-time (20-30) hours with intention that it becomes full-time. Full-time employee benefits include healthcare, generous 401K with 100% match, paid vacation, profit-sharing. Full time position pay range $27,000 to $30,000.
