Nightly Lodging at the 8 luxurious suites is available from $325 nightly up to $595 nightly. Lodging is available without events, 2 night minimum, 1-2 persons per room.
Lodging Accommodations include full gourmet breakfast daily, served on china and silver, in the formal dining room or the verandah or on your private garden patio. Breakfasts feature fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade granola, freshly baked breads and muffins, peppered bacon, apple sausage and spectacular main courses such as baked eggs with black truffle sauce and parmesan served with toast points, banana stuffed french toast, puffed german pancakes with blackberry and raspberry coulis.
Afternoon refreshments are served poolside or to your private garden patio.
Evening receptions feature fine boutique wines from around the world, as well as a variety of hors d'oevres including homemade empanadas, artichoke dip, filo triangles, spinach and mushroom quiches, pesto and smoked pepper torte, shrimp and honey mustard dip, crudite and cheese.

Event Information:
The maximum capacity at The Mansion is 75 guests, including those guests who may stay overnight in up to 8 bedroom suites. The Mansion and grounds are completely non-smoking.
Special events dates are not available at The Historic Mansion Inn during holidays.
Facility rental fees for events start at $2,500 (overnight lodging additional) with a maximum event capacity of 75 persons.

The facility fee includes standard set up/clean up of this gorgeous Palm Springs property, as well as a member of The Mansion's staff that is assigned to oversee your event.
The facility fee does not include flowers, photography, catering, bar, equipment rentals, transportation/valet service, music/entertainment, invitations, printing, or event coordinating services.
In addition to the facility fee for the Mansion in Palm Springs, a $1,000.00 damage deposit and credit card are required with a guarantee for reimbursement.

For events scheduled at The Mansion over weekends, all 8 of the beautiful guest suites are required to be reserved and guaranteed for a 2 night minimum.
Persons signing the contract for the event at The Mansion are responsible for full payment of accommodations for all 8 rooms.
Accommodations must be cancelled at least sixty (60) days prior to stay for a full refund, a 50% fee applies thereafter.

This privately owned Palm Springs estate provides one of the most gorgeous and romantic views in the entire Palm Springs area, overlooking the majestic vistas of the the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountains, the clear blue open skies, and the Palm Springs desert valley area below. This Palm Springs view is outstanding for hosting both day and evening events.
Located beside each other at different elevations, the Palm Springs Mansion Inn and the Hillside Estate are available separately or in combination for larger Palm Springs events. Gorgeous desert gardens, spectacular views and and beautiful views in every direction, throughout the sun-filled days and the beautiful star-lit skies. These two properties are separated by landscaped terrace steps.

The facility fee does not include flowers, photography, catering, bar, equipment rentals, transportation/valet service, music/entertainment, invitations, printing, or event coordinating services.
Excellent recommendations for nearby catering are available. Catering is not included in event facility pricing.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is required to hold desired dates at either property. Total payment of all fees is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to event.
