"We enjoyed the pool and spa area, the gated entrance, and the enclosed yard. The driveway is gravel and should be paved. Also, there were ants in the master bath coming up from underneath the sink countertop. The towel bar in the master bath is loose. "

"This house was perfect for our 10th anniversary weekend! The house had plenty of room for the two of us, and the pool/hot tub layout was the best I've seen in any 2-bed house in the Palm Springs area. The fire pit really lights up the whole back yard at night. The A/V setup in the media room wasn't hooked up right at all... which was fine for us, was had our own boom box for music, and we don't watch much TV when there's an awesome pool right there! The web site wouldn't let me complete my reservation, but once I called in it was a snap, customer service was great. "
"Loved the house and design. The place was truly a paradise cove. Very cozy. The rocks on the parking lot of the property were very inconvenient, and we should have been warned about it. One of our cars got stuck in it and we had to call a tow truck! Customer service was great and so easy! "
"This property was made for all the fun, relaxation and good times I imagined having in Palm Springs. After a nightmare of an experience with a different agency (Oasis Rentals), my friends and I came to Vacation Palm Springs at the very last minute, in desperate need of a place to stay. Not only did we get an amazing deal on a private house (which ended up being cheaper than the dinky condo we had canceled), but we had all the comfort and support we could've ever asked for. From the reservation team, to the beautifully furnished property, everything was just perfect. The house itself is the perfect size, with a really fun, yet classy (and not "cheap") vibe. They had everything we could've ever wanted. If you like to cook, make drinks, bbq, they have everything for you. If you'd rather just lay out by the pool, you can do that in the privacy of your own backyard. We didn't even explore the entire property, it's so big. While we didn't host any big parties, the driveway can literally fit up to 10 or so cars and there is A LOT of space pool-side. There's also a fire-pit we took advantage of and cooked up some s'mores. And the best way to finish our weekend?: Staying in town til late and only paying a fraction of the cost of a full night to stay a whole extra day. Of those team members whom I had the pleasure of meeting, each and every single one went way above and beyond being just "helpful." They were pleasant, kind, thoughtful...so many of all the things you look for in a vacation rental agency. "
"We liked the pool area. House design was a little weird. Tv in den with one couch. That was ok cause we spent all our time outside at the pool. They need to clean the den couch. Employees were great. "
"Excellent support from vacationpalmsprings staff when minor issues arose. Give better description of how to enter property. We needed gate code and that was not provided until we called office on arrival. The platform bed in master suite may be a little low for some older renters. Reservation team, Adela and Justin made process fast and easy. Pam as property manager was very helpful "
"The house was spotless when we arrived. All of the amenities were available, including computer, internet access, music, top qualities appliances. The reservation staff was amazing, very pleasant to deal with. We didn't have any need to contact the property managers during our stay. "
