We serve an ample array of tastes including sushi, Kobe steak, tempura, and our distinctive Robata Grill. We have a varied selection of menu items and a full bar to suit all your dining desires.

While the food was generally good, the service was very slow and inefficient. There were too many people asking us if we needed help, and then took a long time to follow up. And they were like Keystone Kops handling our bill: 3 people and 15 minutes to get my credit card back, only to have incorrect charges, delays with correcting the error, etc. Typically, when service is this bad it's because the restaurant is understaffed. In this case, they had plenty of people -- they just seemed like amateurs. We expected more, especially given the prices!

I'm a sushi snob, flat out. Okura has the best all you can eat menu in the game. Great sake selection too.

The all you can eat option was wonderful to get used to different sushi and rolls. If you are not familiar with Japanese food that is a good opportunity to try. We went there now a couple of times and will return next time when we are in Palm Springs.

Good value for the all you can eat deal at $29.95 per person. Food came out fresh and tasty, but service wasn't all that great on a busy Friday evening.
