We loved the home- modern amenities and pool was great. The home was very clean inside and had what we needed for a good stay. We were able to cook our meals in the complete kitchen! We enjoyed our time here. Only thing is that the gardeners came a day after the pool guy so we only really had one “clean pool” day and dust and leaves were blown into the pool from their leaf blowers. We spent most of the time skimming the pool because of all the mature trees around but nonetheless we had a great time. Thank you

This was by far one of the cleanest and most taken care of rentals that we have stayed in. The living areas and bedrooms were all comfortable and in great condition. The neighborhood was super convenient but also very quiet. The pool and backyard made our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable. Lots of space and privacy.

The house is amazing! The house is fully equipped, bedrooms are a good size and clean, bathrooms have all the amenities, kitchen fully stocked, and as an extra bonus the laundry room is available with all the supplies needs to do your own laundry.

The house was perfect for my getaway trip. The house is open, airy and spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax inside and outside. The backyard has several different areas for whatever you want to do - lay by the pool, chill on a couch, eat at a large or small table, and even seating at the front of the house that is not visible from the street. We also loved the Hollywood touches throughout the house. The location is great - just a short drive from Palm Canyon so a great neighborhood. I would definitely book this house again.

This house had nice bathrooms and a nice kitchen. There were plenty of towels and lots of room. The house was very clean inside and had everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals.
I have stayed in Palm Springs many times. I have used Airbnb, VRBO, and vacationpalmsprings.com. This is my second time using Vacasa (apparently they bought vacationpalmsprings.com.) What I miss about vacationpalmsprings.com is they used to go through the house before you got there and make sure everything was clean and acceptable. In this case, the house was nice inside and while the outdoor patio furniture was nice with plenty of lounges and chairs, it was very dirty with a lot of debris on it. It would be nice if someone could go by the morning before you get there to clean the outdoor furniture and tables.
Also, this place does not have foam lounges for the pool like other places I’ve rented. They had blow up rafts. Many had holes in them. While the pool was nice, it appeared to have some green discoloration throughout the bottom and corners of the steps (possibly a little mold?). But it was not so bad that we couldn’t use the pool. Just cosmetic for the most part.
All in all, it was a nice place and we would consider staying here again.

The pool floats will be replaced. We do have an inspector check the home prior to guest arrival, but the extreme winds right now are causing a lot of dust and dirt to kick-up at fast rates. We loved the home, the esthetic. It had all the key essentials we needed to relax and rejuvenate. The pool/spa heating was an issue on the first day but was corrected by the end of our first night, usually wouldn’t mind but since you have to pay $90/day extra for pool heating prior to your visit... i’d hope we didn’t have to wait for it to heat up on our first day. The home was comfortable and clean but we would have liked to have seen a deep cleaning like look upon our arrival since were still in COVID. We noticed dust bunnies in the rooms and the outdoor furniture was dirty we had to wipe everything down ourselves. We would stay here again but would request to be a little more clean next time.

We had an amazing girls' trip in this lovely home. It was clean, modern, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved lounging by the pool all day and walking through the sweet neighborhood early in the morning before it got too hot out. The location is fantastic - close to everything Palm Springs. We would stay here again!
