LIVING AREA

KITCHEN & DINING

This place is a great home away from home. Located only minutes from the downtown Palm Springs and a short drive to the the Tramway. The home was clean and spacious in a very comfortable neighborhood. The entire process from booking Casa Joi to checking in, to getting a late checkout so that we could spend a little more time enjoying our getaway. Already planning a trip to come back. Thanks for everything!

Rental was great! Very clean great pool and location. We would have absolutely loved to have either an early check in or a later check out just based on the cost of the house. We paid much more than the initially listed price per night but neither were offered to us. The house was just as expected from the pictures...beautiful. We had everything we needed to just hang out and have fun. The hot tub was easy turn off and on and the pool was perfect to cool off in. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking my dog. There was an issues that needs to be addressed but we were is about the light in the guest bedroom turning on early in the morning, apparently due to a neighbor being on the same control setting.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great for the price!
Things I Loved about this house-
Comfortable beds and bedding, amazing backyard with heated pool and spa, pleasing decor, sweet neighborhood
Things that were Meh-
The pool equipment (pumps etc.) are very loud and constantly buzz, annoyingly so. Unfortunately, the main hangout area outside is right beside them.
It was MUCH closer to the airport than I thought, so the planes overhead were really in your face. Thankfully it’s not an overly busy airport. I was able to find a floor fan to turn on at night for white noise, so after the first night of random plane and car noise, I slept 1000% better. If you are a light sleeper like me, I suggest you take your own white noise machine, or hopefully they leave a fan or two more accessible for future stays (which would be nice of them).
The sofa looks cute, but is not comfortable at all. Like really uncomfortable.
The coffee maker is VERY lame and there were no filters (I had to buy), which wouldn’t be terrible, but you’re not an easy walk to a coffee shop or anything. The only provided spices, were salt and pepper, there were no cooking oils or commonly used spices about. None of those things are a deal breaker, but would have been nice to know up front.
The check out time is on the earlier side of typical. If they keep the price at around $240ish a night, then everything mentioned above is tolerable!This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
