As an Alexander home, this retreat's sleek exterior draws you in from the get-go. Walk inside the bright green front door and you'll find a colorful main living room with vintage mid-century furniture, abstract artwork, and a large TV. Easily walk into the adjacent kitchen where the meal prep space is ample, the appliances are stainless steel, and the lighting is bright. Once your culinary creations are ready to be enjoyed, serve them up at the groovy formal dining table, framed in turquoise hues.

Each of the bedrooms is playful; giving true nods to vintage living. Relax and unwind amidst the bright pops of orange, green, yellow, and blue. Remote workers can work comfortably at two desks with three working monitors. Also inside, appreciate central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

A true focus of mid-century modern architecture - the outdoor living space and indoor living space seamlessly blend together. Waltz into the private backyard and there you'll find a pool, poolside loungers, a grill, a firepit, and multiple covered seating areas. This property is like having your own private resort!! The backyard is absolutely outstanding. There are a variety of places to sit and relax. The attention to detail and artwork was all such a pleasure. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home. We enjoyed our Christmas in paradise.

We loved this house. It made our stay in Palm Springs feel special. The main feature is the pool and garden which is a super place to spend mornings and late afternoons.The kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We would love to return.
