Although situated in a nice gated community, we found this home quite shabby and needing a facelift. A wind storm left a pile of sand on the bed in the back bedroom. Paint and new furniture would make the price a little easier to stomach. There are very nice, small community pools with hottubs nearby, which we took advantage of on warmer days, as sun exposure on our patio is at a premium. There are also lovely pickle ball courts in the community, a 30 or 40 minute walk away. The gates are not locked and we had free access in the afternoons. I suspect one has to be a member of the lifestyle Centre to play in the mornings, certainly to access fitness classes and equipment. There was no information regarding this either in the house book (which contained dated and minimal useful info) or with Vacasa management. It did mention the pool key, but also mentioned a tennis court key. Took us a few days to figure out there was no tennis key, nor was it needed. Cleanliness was ok, although walking in sock feet on arrival left us with black socks and crumbs were in the drawers. There was quick response from Vacasa when we reported broken kitchen cupboard doors, loose towel fixtures and leaky faucets- some were fixed but promised plumber has yet to show.

For a family of four staying at Fairway Greens was the perfect set up. The only resistance was entering and exiting the property, but other than that the house was clean, the kitchen was the perfect size and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent experience booking through Vacasa - fast prompt service and easy virtual check-in.
Home was impeccably clean - even the BBQ was spotless! Great relaxing layout with the pool and a full kitchen. Kids enjoyed the board games & DVDs while having their own area of the house.

My family and I really enjoyed our time away at this cute home. Before I get into the great stuff, let me start off with the only con I could think of. It is a gated golf community, and the only entrance is on the opposite side of the neighborhood. Other than that little hiccup, everything else about this place is fantastic. Very clean, very comfortable. Home has a full kitchen, as you’d expect. Cups, plates, silverware, and cookware are all clean easily accessible. There was board games and cable tv. The greatest part was your own private pool. There are community pools, but it was so nice to have your own. It’s not huge, but big enough where we actually taught both of our children to swim. Not kidding. This actually happened. We won’t think twice to staying here again if we need a few days away.

Lovely home very beautiful, nice medium sized pool, fit 5 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Kitchen cabinet door by sink area is a little loose, could use some tightening but wasn’t a big issue. Overall it was a lovely stay and recommend to stay here

Nice quiet area!! Nice house with lots of room. Easy to get out and about for the local area for shopping and to Highway 111 to access other areas. We even took in a polo match just down the street.
Pool was right temp and maintenance fellow,Parrish looked after our other requests
