INSIDE THE RENTAL

A bright citrus-hued front door and glass-block windows indicate the exquisite modern style that awaits within.

Inside, you'll appreciate a generous single-level open floor plan. The bright white living area has a clean aesthetic and is bathed in natural light thanks to a wall of glass.

Lounge on the sofa or armchairs and enjoy a 55' 4K Smart TV. Slide open the doors to access the pool and create an inviting indoor/outdoor living space.

The airy kitchen has plenty of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Head out to the patio to enjoy alfresco dining at the table with seating for six. Make use of the Weber grill for easy meals.

All three bedrooms feature new high-end Sealy or Simmons mattresses.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 40' Samsung Smart TV with cable. Log into your Netflix or Hulu on the Smart TV. A mirrored closet and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (with dual showerheads) round off this inviting space. Access the lush yard through a sliding glass door.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 40' Samsung Smart TV with cable. While the third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds (that easily convert into a king), a spacious closet, and another 40' Samsung TV with cable. The updated guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

A fabulous resort-style pool is surrounded by fruit and palm trees. After a dip in the sparkling water, relax poolside and take in the remarkable mountain views from one of the comfy loungers or six lawn chairs.

Amazingly absolutely love this house we had a wonderful experience and an amazing time. The place is absolutely beautiful it was specious and we had room for everyone. Thank you for also having The Chinese checkerboard we had so much fun playing that game every single night it really brought the family together. Very nice, clean house in the Cove. Pool and Hot tub were nice, but you have to heat the tub each time you use it. Gas BBQ was functional, and there`s a table outside to eat when its warm. Had a great time in the LQ area, close to most of the action and far enough away for the solitude and relaxation. Some granular items: grocery store is about 15 mins away, Costco about 17, golf private aand public courses all within 10 minutes +. The Turnkey folks are very responsive if you have questions or need help. Really nice local steakhouses and upscale restaurants require reservations. Even the local pizza house is very popular, plan ahead when dinning out. Three events that standout in the area: BNP Tennis, Coachella & Stage Coach. Be sure to understand those event dates and locations or you will pay a premium in time and money or traffic and lots of people everywhere. For the festivals goers there is a pretty strict vacation rental code so don’t think you slide by the rules. The neighborhood can be a little loud in the mornings and at night with residents returning home and utilitiy services driving by. So there are many good things about this house and many things that were not so great. I loved the location, being able to use Rumbling Bald and getting a 10% discount was great. we used the inside pool, the outside pools and hiked there and got massages and rented boats. The kayak and the paddle boards were great. The living room is very spacious and could fit our family of 9. The kitchen was amply supplied with dishes and silverware and pots and pans and had two refrigerators which was great. Now for the problems: the house has a lot of work still to be done to it. The carpet going up the stairs and the Master is disgusting. there is mold in the masterbath both inside and outside the shower. for a house this big 2 showers is not adequate. The facet in the kitchen gives you a shower when you use it and the lighting in the picnic table room flashes on and off while you`re playing games. There was construction on either side of this house which meant it was loud and dusty while you sit outside. the porch furniture is old and dirty and the cobwebs on the outside were not washed off before we came. the bunkbeds should be listed for children only. I asked for a discount because of all this (and I didn`t list everything) and on a $23,000 22 day stay they gave me $1,000 back.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Upon arriving we noticed all the bed linens were soiled and the extra linens were in worst condition. Laundry is not what you want to do at the beginning of your vacation. We contacted the management company with photos of stains and also the pool was not heated. They said that they charge for the pool to be heated 24hrs in advance (we paid this fee) after multiple emails and phone calls we have not received any kind of compensation for the poorly managed property. As a matter of fact we never received a call back from management. Our experience with VRBO property was poor. We did not have any electricity or the water in the property due to weather related outage and constant Alarm sound in the house making property not livable. VRBO did not refund for this and we had to check in at downtown hotel in Asheville.
