This mid-century Alexander home is located in the Sunmor neighborhood of Palm Springs, which sits only one mile west of Palm Springs International Airport for your ease and convenience. Downtown Palm Springs, including the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, is only two miles west, where you can dine at acclaimed restaurants, shop for antiques, or enjoy a selection of bustling bars, theaters, and casinos. Tee off at one of the countless renowned golf courses in the immediate area, or take in the view from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway eight miles west.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

My family of four stayed here for one week. The back yard was amazing. You do NOT hear planes from the airport all day long--just a few. Hot tub chemicals were a bit strong. Pool was wonderfully warm. The house looks just like the pictures. Lots of towels. Reason for not 5 stars: more lights outside at night would have been nicer; it's dark and not inviting for eating dinner or hanging out outside at night (I assume to discourage noise at night?) Don't forget to pay to have the pool heated :)

We had an incredible stay - this was our first visit to PS so there were many areas we wanted to check out while there but it was impossible to leave the back yard - so beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable! We hope to stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time at this house. The backyard is gorgeous and lined with large bushes and trees, giving you complete privacy. Lots of grass for the kids to run around on. The home is updated and decorated very cute.

Excellent value for a gorgeous home super close to the city center, restaurants, etc, but you won`t want to leave the pool and hot tub and big backyard. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

The best place never rented in Palm spring. The house is very clean and the kitchen Well-equipped. Perfect for a 6 peoples family or friends. The outdoor is amaizing. Big pool and hot tube. Cant wait to come back

Sunshine, Swimming Pool and Mountain Views! We had everything we could want or need during our stay at this 5 star midcentury home in Palm Springs. The yard is unlike so many in Palm Springs. It`s large, lush and green!! Staying in this house made us want to live in Palm Springs, that`s how good of a time we all had here. The weather was amazing, the restaurants were fun and exciting and you never knew what you might encounter in downtown PS..like Street Fest on Thursday nights...which became a ritual for us to attend. I`ll highly recommend this house to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Had an amazing time with our family at this gorgeous property that provided us with plenty of outdoor space. The kids loved running around the entire backyard when they weren`t busy splashing in the large pool. You can definitely tell that the owners take great pride in their home, and the management team was so easy to work with. We`ll see you again soon!
