There are over 20 golf courses in the area or you can drive five miles north to reserve a court at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, which houses the world's second largest tennis stadium. Head six miles east to the Empire Polo Club to check out one of the many sporting events held on their 250 acres of polo fields and gardens throughout the year. It's also the home of the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, which are held each year in April.

House was fine. Tidy but Needs dusting. Many wood shades with dust.
We did not use the pool. It was too cool out and the $75 daily charge to heat wasn’t something we wanted to pay.
We were happy to have the space and bedrooms but not please that the residence was on a very busy road with high speed traffic.
Vacasa is pleasant to work with. I will double check traffic location next time we travel.

The house was perfect for us. We needed room for three adults and the bedrooms and bathroom layout was great, especially as the master had a door leading out to the patio. This helped us let one of the dogs (who is 14 yrs old) out early in the morning without disturbing anyone. Didn't use the pool and hot tub. Cons: Found three large dog poops in the backyard and a dirty band-aid on the floor in one of the bedrooms when we arrived. The Master bath toilet also leaked.

We stayed here with our 2-year-old and dog for the weekend while we were selling our house. The house was clean but outdated. I wouldn’t consider this a “modern home” as advertised in the listing. The TV is older, so you can’t login to your own apps and watch your shows.
It didn't have any extra amenities, which for the price of $251/night + fees, I was surprised. It had the basics, but if you're planning to eat meals at the house and you have more than 2 adults, bring your own dinnerware. There was a mismatch of cups and other items in the kitchen, but not all dinnerware and cooking items were available. A lot of places we’ve rented in the past have coffee pods and leave spices, cooking spray, etc. and they didn't have any of that, so we ended up buying a lot of items.
The pool costs $72/night to heat and you can only have it turned on with 24 hours’ notice and if you are staying for a minimum of 3 nights, which is expensive. The pool is OK, but the photos make it look much nicer than it appears in person.
We asked for an early check-in and late check-out because of our child's nap schedule and the timing for when we needed to be out of our house. The property wouldn't accommodate us under any circumstances. When I talked to one of the employees managing the property, she said she'd help us out. She got us an early check in (2pm instead of 4pm), but she never got back to us on check-out. When I called the office, the person I talked to was rude and told us we had to be out by 10:00am.
Overall, I’d say our experience at the house was “meh.” If you’re not going to be hanging out the house much, it’ll get the job done. La Quinta is beautiful, and we had a fun time at the Living Desert and Zoo and exploring the area. The house was good for small dogs, as it has a doggy door and is completely fenced in. Our dog is big and couldn’t fit through the door, but still worked fine. There are no sidewalks in the neighborhood. I didn’t like walking in the evening without sidewalks, though luckily, the streets were not very busy.

Because we had a dog the proximity to the trails was perfect. Loved the walks during our 4 day stay. However, rhe house, as nice as it was, is a one and done because of the location. The street it is on was constant traffic noise which for us was a huge disappointment and annoyance. We are from the Los Angeles area so that was an unwelcome nuisance. Especially since we come for the peace and quiet of the desert and spend all of our day time in the patio, it just didn't have that relax feeling. Car traffic noise was all day and started as early as 4:30 am which was no doubt because the home is located in a working class community. Which is fine, just not for us because it reminded us of being home. Thank goodness for the trails. So we will return to La Quinta Cove but will look for a different house and location within that development. Vacasa was excellent to work with. A little hiccup with the lockbox but they were available for any and all problems, questions or concerns we ran in to. 5 stars for Vacasa

A lovely well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds, pillows, linens, towels and kitchen are all like new and very clean! The pool area has a gas grill and a very comfortable table and chairs with umbrellas and a large shade covering the patio. This is a wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel, clean, private and very comfortable.

This place was perfect for our away conference. This home was spacious with lots of room. It's located on a busy street, but that didn't deter our stay. It was close enough to shopping, theatre, etc.
Overall the house was clean (found some dust under the sofa and on some tables; spider webs could be seen in the window corners) and in order. One bad thing was that the smoke detector/carbon monoxide monitor was beeping (need new batteries?) our entire stay (we got used to it). The pool needed cleaning (it was full of leaves, dirt on the bottom of the pool, rocks from the side area in the spa - maybe needs to be cleaned between guests) and once it was done, it was amazing and refreshing.
Overall our stay was great and would love to return in the future. Thank you Lovely La Quinta Home.

It was very clean and great customer service! There was constant communication and details about the house, such as check-in, check-out, WiFi, Reminders, etc. My friends and I enjoyed our private stay at this house. It was very peaceful and near the mountains (went for a walk). There was a lot of things that were provided to us at the house such as, pool items, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleaning items, roku’s, lots of towels, etc.

This place was great. The house was very well kept and everything was provided. The pool is where we spent most of our time and the electric awning provided the right amount of shade while you’re in the pool. Everything was easy to use and they provided instructions on how to use everything. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy the sun.

We had a wonderful time in La Quinta. The home was perfect for us. I only wish there would have been instructions for us on how to use the awning, the pool vacuum and how to turn the spa jets on. We also had a little trouble with the garage door. It wouldn't close right away. We had to wave our hands in front of the sensor and then press the button to close. Everything else was great. There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and toiletries. It was clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were super comfy. Our family is looking forward to returning soon!

Awesome, I say. House was colder than the last house we stay last time. Pools were great too! I mean there's isn't bad I have to say about the house. The last house I stay last year was way better looking on the picture but was a little disappointed because of the space and AC. This place was heaven compare to that one. They have all the things you need. Except the seasoning, that one is on your own taste buds. But you need not to bring nothing, they have it all. And it was clean too btw. Great BBQ grill cooked everything well and shower was spacious. Lots of clean towels and soaps to wash your hands. And you can even park your car I the garage to protect your car from the hot sun. I mean you'll like it, trust me! Most important the fridge work perfectly too. Unlike my last stay, it took 2 day to get cold. Thank you Vacasa!! Til next time.
