All four bedrooms feature king-size beds and have their own bathrooms for your comfort and privacy. Facing west, the backyard and pool area offer great views of the mountains, a fantastic spot to soak up the desert sun. Float lazily in the saltwater pool (can be heated for a fee), relax in the pool spa (can be heated for a fee), or sit outside in a comfortable lounge chair, and enjoy the spacious backyard. Show off your grilling skills on the large Weber gas grill. For those cool nights, there is an outdoor gas fire pit with plenty of seating. Indoors, the open floor plan seamlessly connects the living and dining areas to the backyard and pool.

The large main suite, which also opens to the pool, is appointed with a king-size bed, a 50-inch 4K TV and features a stunning bathroom with a walk-in steam shower, whirlpool tub, and dual vanity. The ensuite casita (guest house) also opens directly to the backyard and pool; with the sliders open your suite is practically outside. Relax on the king-size bed and watch a movie on the 43-inch 4K TV. The third and fourth bedrooms also have king-size beds and each has a 50-inch 4K TV. Wireless Internet serves the entire property. There is also a 75-inch 4K TV in the living room as well as a gas fireplace.

This quiet, well-manicured neighborhood is conveniently located a half-mile (about a 10-minute walk) from the Chabad, the Presbyterian Church, Koffi cafe, and shopping. Downtown Palm Springs is just over a miles away as well where you can easily spend an afternoon popping into local shops and restaurants that line Palm Canyon Drive! If a hike is on the agenda, this home sits a mere mile from Tahquitz Canyon offering beautiful trails and wonderful views of the city.

Better late than never in my review. My partner and I had our parents to Palm Springs for Thanksgiving. We had a wish list of what we wanted in a house to rent and the Mid-Modern Marvel met all of them. Well equipped kitchen for us to cook and heat up a full turkey dinner. Very comfortable beds, and furniture. We loved the retro decor with modern touches. The internet was great. Loved the full house sound system so we could play music in every room. Checking in and out was a breeze and the neighborhood was quiet with lots of friendly people. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family of seven, adult children with spouses and my husband and I, were all very comfortable in this well appointed house. The owners thought of everything, discreetly labeled everything ( huge help especially in the kitchen) and had ample room for all of us to gather in any area both inside and out. The grounds were full of Insta perfect backdrops. Everyone having a king bed and private bath was luxury. We could walk to rent bikes, have breakfast or ice cream. The BEST coffee was at Koffi around the corner. Great hikes, thrifting, galleries and weekly art/food festival downtown as well as electric bikes were highlights for us. But leaving 70 degree weather at the base near the house on the tram to the top of the mountain where we played in the snow on miles of trails was epic!

We loved our stay. It was the perfect place to host friends. We enjoyed the rooms, the large seating area, and pool. Only feed back was it was a bit hot when sleeping at night as you can’t turn the AC past 76 during the summer. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

The owner and property manager have adjusted the A/C to allow for it to be turned down to 74 degrees. In the summer months, temperatures are often reaching 110plus degrees and we want to ensure that the home is cooling efficiently. The AC is serviced twice a year and working perfectly. Keeping the limit of 74 ensures that the AC works at optimal levels and prevents it from freezing over and causing damage or breaking the unit. We appreciate your feedback and understanding. We stayed at Mid Modern Marvel for a month during Jan/Feb. It was one of the nicest and most comfortable homes we've rented. The kitchen is well-appointed (the knives were even sharp!), the beds are comfortable, the house has many great space set-ups, such as a fire pit and an outdoor table. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and the fully-fenced back yard is an absolute oasis. I don't want to write a review that fills it up so much that we can never rent it again, but this house is wonderful. The owners have done such a great job of decorating it and making it feel like a true home.

Second time staying in this house, as we love it. The back yard is huge and private. Pool is awesome. All four rooms have king beds, a must for me when traveling with couples. Common areas are great for games and hanging out. Also love the proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Will definitely stay again!

We loved our week at the house. Loved the outside with the pool, bbq, firepit/lounge area and was also nice to have a bit of grass. The layout of the house was awesome and loved the Palm Springs vibe throughout most of the house. The primary bathroom had the added perks of a bidet and steam shower in addition to the jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was fully stocked and labeled to make it easy. I would definitely book this place again (I almost didn't give this review as want to make sure it is available for me on my next trip :-) )

Great 4bd/4bth home with a great front and backyard. The master is spacious with a large bathroom. The mattress needs to be change to soft and the sheets that they use didn’t fit tightly. They also set the thermostat to 76 at nighttime and for me that’s to hot to sleep comfortably. The toilet handle wasn’t working and needed to be adjusted on every use if not the water will run all day or night. All the other rooms are large, but don’t like that all the TV’S are in the closets. The living/family room has a great sectional but missing some pillows for more back support.
Didn’t like watching TV that all programming is through App’s. The Internet will go off and we will loose live TV and that was annoying specially when we will we’re watching sports. The kitchen has everything you need and the Fridge with 2 ice makers is great to have specially when it’s over 100 degrees. The side office space it’s on a perfect spot with a nice laser jet printer that work perfectly. The pool is a very large and love the long steps to sit and walk down.
But the pool it’s showing some age and in some places some black spots are visible-not sure what those are. When we arrive the pool was dirty due to the large Palm Trees flowers petals falling in to the pool and the backyard by the lounge chairs. We did as Vacasa to have someone come and clean the pool and they did come the next day even though Tuesday was pool day to clean. They have a large great BBQ that you could cook a feast.
Some of these issues are small and hope they could fix them, because we will go back again since we had a great time all around.

We loved almost everything about this house. Oddly, I really liked how every drawer and cabinet was labeled in the kitchen. This made life so much easier.

The house was comfortable and just as shown in pictures. We loved the backyard and the pool, Pool was situated so that you rarely had shade while floating, but still had shade to lounge in outside of the pool.

Our only complaint was the minimum allowed indoor temp was 76 degrees. Ok during day but really quite hot when trying to sleep. The house had to get to 78 to trigger air conditioning and so we all had some issues sleeping in the heat. Also had an issue with Vacasa and the check-in process. Other than that all was amazing.

Everything about this place is perfect... starting with the location. Just far enough off the main drag to be quiet yet close enough to walk to a few restaurants, a coffee shop, and more. Inside, every thing is well appointed in the kitchens, baths, and common areas. The layout is great with three nice BRs and baths plus a nice private casita and bath. Technology abounds throughout with brand new flat screens and Alexa. And the pool and spa are perfection with tons of seating and lounges with a spacious , quiet back yard, complete with a fire pit. Oh yeah, and everything is in like-new condition!

This house was great!! Don`t really have anything bad to say. Backyard and pool was awesome. Plenty of outdoor seating and lots of umbrellas to create shade. The BBQ was great. Beds were comfy and the house was very spacious. I really liked how a bathroom was accessible from the backyard, with 3 kids, it was perfect so they were not dripping throughout the house to use the bathroom straight from the pool. All the drawers and cabinets were labeled in the kitchen, which was so helpful. The tv was easy to use (we`ve stayed at many houses where it was difficult to use the tv with a million remotes! So we appreciated the ease of using the tv). I just can`t say enough great things about this house. We have been going to Palm Spring for 4 summers now and every time we hope to find a house that we can rent year after year instead of taking a chance on new properties and we have found our `go to` house. Can`t wait to go back next summer!

My Husband and I booked this house hour for my birthday. We hosted some friends for the weekend and this house was great for entertaining. The backyard and pool were incredible, bedrooms were all great especially the master bedroom. I loved everything about this house.
