LIVING AREA

The main living room has a 64in TV and a large sofa. The formal living room offers two sofas and a gas fireplace. A half-bath is conveniently located adjacent.

KITCHEN & DINING

A French-door fridge and granite countertops make the kitchen a dream to cook in. Serve meals at a handsome wood dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

Upstairs, the primary bedroom boasts a California king bed, a 74in TV, and a balcony -- a great spot for morning coffee to the sound of a rushing waterfall. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in closet, and tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 32in TV. A second bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a table with four chairs.

OUTDOOR AREA

Step out to the back patio for dinner by the lake and waterfall. There you'll find a table for four, two chaise lounges, and a propane grill.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit laundry room are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage and one on the street with a provided parking pass. Please note that parking in the driveway or additional street spaces is not permitted.
