This home is located on a corner property a few minutes' drive from downtown Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. El Paseo, the famous district of Palm Desert known for its high-end restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife, is three miles south, while Rancho Mirage's restaurant row at The River is two miles west. If you're a golfer, you'll have your pick of dozens of championship golf courses in the area; if you're a tennis enthusiast, time your visit for the BNP Paribas Open at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden six miles southeast.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The house is charming and the pool area is very nice. The only drawbacks were the oven did not work and a line going to the pool needed repairs while we were there.

So wonderful to spend the weekend in such a gorgeous location! While we wished we could’ve had early check in and late checkout to enjoy it longer, but understand because of Covid that makes it tricky and appreciate all that was done to make our stay happy and healthy! Very much recommend!

The pictures don’t do justice. Much better than expected. The home is very posh, spacious, has everything you need and the backyard is perfect. Waterfall pool, grill, hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs. This home really exceeded expectations. The only thing I have negative to say is check in was at 4pm (3pm is standard) which is later than I am use to and check out was at 10am which is earlier than expected (standard is 11am). CAnt wait to come back!

This, on the whole, was a very nice enjoyable place for a Palm Desert retreat. We used the backyard/pool extensively. Vacasa was very responsive to our requests. As to the negs: some of the floor mats at the doors were filthy. The linens were very used and should have been changed. I could not get the cooktop to boil water. All this said, we were wanting to book the place again for next year the last week of April and first two weeks in May. These weeks are really part of the off season. Despite that the owners, I assume, wanted to raise the daily rate 34%. We were not willing to meet the new rate. Frankly, it was ridiculous. There are plenty of places available jist as nice or nicer for less money. Too bad. We would have rented it annually.

House was fantastic fit for a family of 4. On the corner of a major street and could hear traffic all hours all days. Communication with the Management Company, Vacasa, was dreadful. 1 week prior to checking in.....2 e-mails via VRBO website, no response. 2 attempted phone calls, on hold for 30-45 minutes, no pickup either time. Check in is at 4pm and check out was 10am, so basically a 6 day vacation is effectively 4 days as you lose a full day on both ends.

Private corner lot with all the amenities! Great pool with waterfall and attached Jacuzzi. Easy to use and turn on. Grassy around behind the pool.
Plenty of places to sit and relax or eat inside and outside of home.
Large master bathroom. And two more full baths.
Very clean and exquisite home overall. In a great neighborhood.

Would definitely stay again.

The yard was very nice and the pool is beautiful. House is cozy and clean. Only complaint is the street noise as it sits on the corner of a busy street. Would be a 5 rating if on a quieter street.
