The unique Mediterranean-style entry opens on to a beautiful upscale living room with soaring ceilings, a great fireplace, and a 60" flat screen television to make entertaining a breeze. The wonderful pool, the spa that flows into the pool, and areas for lounging offer everything you need for a day of relaxing in the sun. The outdoor dining area is perfect for long evening gatherings. Not to mention, the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed for the chef of the group to show off their skills.

Four private bedrooms offer luxury to pamper each guest. The master suite features pool access and a wonderful spa-like bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms all contain king-size beds as well, so no one will be missing out on comfort here!

Perched in South Palm Springs, this oasis is just a few steps from The Saguaro and Smoke Tree Village shopping center and offers a great location within minutes of downtown Palm Springs finest restaurants - from casual elegance to white linen tablecloth restaurants. For a few local favorites, try out Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, or Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). If you want a break from the hustle and bustle of town, enjoy an evening hike at Tahquitz Canyon or take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tram for a unique view of the valley below.

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please call our CX Team at (503) 345-9399 to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $49/day.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The home was very nice, especially for the price. The home was clean and everything worked. The back yard had a nice view and was very well kept. I rented this home for myself and three friends while we attended an event out in the desert. It was a great alternative to a hotel.
