The living area of this vacation home is open to the kitchen and dining room so you can keep the conversation going with friends and family while preparing meals together. The formal dining table offers seating for six under a gorgeous crystal chandelier and four more can sit nearby at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a wine fridge, expansive countertop prep space, and complete sets of service ware and utensils. The backyard features a newly finished heated pool, with a salt water system, outdoor seating areas with comfortable furniture, six lounge chairs, retractable awnings and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a poolside cool misting system perfect for hot desert days. In season, you can enjoy picking fresh fruit from your backyard off of one of the many citrus trees (lime, lemon, grapefruit, and orange)!

Make your way to the famed Palm Canyon Drive and you will find even more restaurants, nightlife, and attractions that every guest will enjoy. Wake up early and beat the heat with a morning hike along the various trails in the foothills or plan a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

All in all we were very comfortable in this home. We stayed for over 3 weeks so we did a lot of cooking at home . We appreciated that there was plenty of kitchen tools, bowls , pots ,pans etc . There was a need for more dish cloths for wiping counters as there were only two and they did not work well . The principle bed is a little hard for me and the all the pillows are very dense , hard and heavy. One of the other queen beds was also springy and noisy. There was a need for more face cloths as there was only 5. The outside area is lovely as is the pool. There were many little gathering spots for sitting outside . The only thing that could be improved is that maybe the one large sturdy umbrella should be placed at the end of the pool where the four loungers are that look at the mountains. It is sunny there the longest and the small umbrellas cannot not take much wind with out going over, so shade was difficult to create in that area. The indoor sittings areas were comfortable and the tv was easy to use. We liked the area that this home was in, quiet but convenient to everything that you would need.

The house was gorgeous and spacious. It fit six of us very comfortably. The decor was so beautiful with lots of extra touches. The beds were so comfortable, we all had a good night sleep every night. The kitchen was perfect, we saved so much money by cooking meals at the house. We did try Elmer's which is right next door where the food was so good. The neighborhood is quiet and is close all the shops and restaurants. The backyard has several sitting areas and a nice size pool. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the backyard too much because it was cold and raining during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house if you are staying in Palm Springs.

This is an amazing house- Beautiful, great AC, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, awesome salt water pool.... but the property management gave us NO contact info to report problems. The gardening crew spent almost 3 hours on the yard on our last day which pretty much ruined it (and we got no notice that they were coming) and the house alarm went off on our last night in some sort of test mode- LOUD SCREECHING SIRENS and we had no one to call. Vacasa sucks!

Beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the main boulevard. Stylish but not fussy. Yard had many seating areas to enjoy, but our favorite spot was the large pool with mountain views. I recommend this home and would stay here again.

a great stay at this spectacular spotlessly clean, fully equipped pool home in central Palm Springs. Tons of space. Comfy bed . Beautiful landscaping . Loved the huge pool. a neat variety of chillout spaces too - with awnings and umbrellas. Ralphs grocery store and Wallgreens super close. And amazing weather! WHo could ask for anything more!

It’s clear this home has been lovingly and very carefully designed. From the soft-close cabinets and drawers to the lights on dimmers, the quality and beauty of the details shine. There is so much space, both inside and out, that it’s easy to find areas to hide away with a book or computer if needed.
The kitchen is a cook’s dream: serving platters of all sizes, a rasp, a large roasting pan plus carving board, juicer (for the bountiful lemons and oranges literally outside the sliding doors) are just some examples of the details and touches that the owners provide. Cooking Thanksgiving was a breeze; there was literally not one thing I needed that they did not have.
Our only heads-up to potential renters, and something that may keep us from renting again (despite loving everything else about the house) is that each of the mattresses are very, very firm. The master in particular is brick hard (at least to us). Also, a tip: if you’re a light sensitive sleeper and want to sleep past dawn, bring sleep masks as 2/3 bedrooms have (lovely but only light-filtering, not darkening) shades.
Oh, and the saltwater pool is delicious. Do request and pay fir the heating. You won’t be sorry!
