Three types of indoor cooling ensure year-round comfort (central AC, evaporative cooling, and a mini-split AC unit in the primary suite). Extra perks include a private washer/dryer, four smart TVs, and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
This is a non-smoking property, all smoking and vaping must be done off property lines.
City ordinance requires in-person check-in for all reservations. This must be completed at our office. Only the registered guest whose name is on the rental agreement can check-in and they must provide their ID as well as the credit card that was used at the time of booking. Check-in starts at 4:00 pm.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great home with beautiful outdoor areas. Pool and spa were clean and well maintained, enjoyed lounging on Baja shelf and in lounge areas near pool. Pet friendly. Home had great decor and was well stocked with supplies (cleaning, blankets, towels, pool floats, cookware, etc). Close proximity to stores, downtown and aerial tram. Quiet neighborhood. Very private. Would def come back and visit again!

We loved our 10 night stay at The Rancho Dandy. While we are regular visitors to Palm Springs, this was the first time that we rented a house and brought the dog with us. The Rancho Dandy is a nice property with a good amount of space to spread out. It is charming with some actual mid century modern pieces, and an eclectic mix of decor. Well maintained, and super private. We hope to stay there again in the future!

the backyard was the perfect oasis for our family of four. private spots for everyone to enjoy and the pool was amazing. The inside space was also perfect for our family consisting of two adult children (22 & 19)

We had a great time at this place. The house was very clean and aesthetically done. All the amenities were available and the check in check out process was simple and convenient.
The pool was clean and adequately warm for the season.
We would highly recommend this house to everyone.
