What We Love

One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the shared pool and hot tub. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, creating a cozy space to unwind. It looked like the photos, very clean although the both showers need attention. The TV’s are a bit awkward to operate…fire stick worked fine in the main room…communications with Vacasa was not great….yet, all and all, nice

Arrived at gated place to a gate that is only open till 3pm, and we had the earliest check in at 4pm. Had to try to find the other gate that is open all the time. Nothing mentioned in our welcome email. Once at condo, no working AC or WiFi. Also the tub in my bathroom shower had peeling paint, was disgusting, and clogging the drain. Was able to finally program all the HDTV's by about 8pm. Had to open doors and windows just to keep place cool. Was 96° outside and 86° inside. Welcome to the desert! Contact the number given, was told nothing could be done till morning, as they figured WiFi problem was Spectrum issues. Next morning smone showed up, and couldn't fix WiFi or AC. Turns out the network has been renamed, and a new password was used too. All of which were not in our welcome package correctly. WiFi issue resolved about 2pm, almost 24 hrs after arrival. And AC issue (coils frozen), not resolved till about 7pm that eve. Over 24 hrs later. We suffered both personally with heat issue, and business wise with WiFi issue, as we couldn't sign into our laptops for 24 hrs. What we got was alot of run around between texts, emails and phone calls. When all said and done, we got $113 refunded (about half night stay), and a courtesy late checkout, but ddnt wanna really stay any longer than necessary. Asked about tub first day, nothing could do, removed drain. But still peeling and uncomfortable and unsanitary. No offer to move us, or further compensation. Was told to just use the other shower. We rented 2 bedroom and 2 private baths for a reason!! We are not a couple, etc. So no, I'm not using his shower. LoL Furthermore, there was lawn mowing and edging starting our first morning at 630am, right outside our rooms! Are you kidding me?! And the walls that are shared, are very thin, we heard heavy hammering next door. All in all, not a vacation, a real live nightmare. Trust me, we've stayed many places, and this was by far the worst!! Run while you can!
