You'll find the kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, abundant quartz countertop prep space, a gas range, and all of the small appliances you'll need to prepare delicious meals for friends and family. The backyard is well-designed with entertaining and relaxation in mind, featuring a sparkling swimming pool, five chaise lounges, outdoor dining for six, a custom gas firepit with comfortable outdoor seating, and a gas grill.

With total comfort and unlimited fun at your fingertips, no one will want to leave!

The best of Palm Springs will be mere minutes away, as this home sits in a quiet neighborhood less than two miles from the downtown core. Spend your days walking along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find delicious restaurants, great fashion boutiques, and various museums and art galleries! When you want a bit of adventure, the trails in the area and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will both offer breathtaking views of the valley and desert landscape. A day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is always a good idea as well and sits just 35 miles from home base. Plus, there will be no need to worry about the commute to and from the airport, as it is a mere three-and-a-half-mile drive away.

THINGS TO KNOW

Pool heat is temporarily unavailable until October 2023.
Outdoor music is prohibited, and music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Additional discounts may be available for stays of 29-nights or more - please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The house was well located with lovely mountain views. The pool was wonderful and at the perfect temperature. Really loved the fire pit, we used it almost every night because it was kind of chilly. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The house feels very private, and it is a very quiet neighborhood.

The house was beautiful in its retroness and I absolutely loved it. The house was clean, and comfy while being very relaxing in the quiet neighborhood it was settled in. The facilities on the property were amazing. Loved the openness of the sliding glass walls out to the back with the pool and yard and fire pit. Our family had a wonderful time with our Mothers Day weekend getaway that we all very much needed.
