Outdoor music is prohibited, and music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The house was well located with lovely mountain views. The pool was wonderful and at the perfect temperature. Really loved the fire pit, we used it almost every night because it was kind of chilly. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The house feels very private, and it is a very quiet neighborhood.

The house was beautiful in its retroness and I absolutely loved it. The house was clean, and comfy while being very relaxing in the quiet neighborhood it was settled in. The facilities on the property were amazing. Loved the openness of the sliding glass walls out to the back with the pool and yard and fire pit. Our family had a wonderful time with our Mothers Day weekend getaway that we all very much needed.
