The U-shaped home wraps around the circular pool with three walk-outs to the totally private patio from the family room, guest bedroom area, and main bedroom suite. Completely enclosed by the house, hedges, and walls, the large patio area surrounds the pool, whirlpool spa, and waterfall, and provides an outdoor dining area shaded by a canvas gazebo. The unique living room is a step-down area that mirrors the shape of the pool. Featuring mid-century furnishings and style with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, as well as a gas grill barbecue on the adjacent patio area, there will be no need to sacrifice any comforts of home here. The home offering four separate bedrooms, three king bedrooms, plus one bedroom with two twin beds. The main suite has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom including a two-person tub.

Nestled on a large interior corner lot on a quiet street in South Palm Springs, this home is near shopping, dining, downtown, and convenient to Smoketree Village shopping center in South Palm Springs. You and your guests will have no trouble experiencing the very best attractions in the city, as this home is located a short three-mile drive from the vibrant shops, restaurants, casinos, and art exhibits of downtown. When you work up an appetite from a full day of fun, don't hesitate to try some local cuisine at Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, or Rooster and the Pig (takeout only)! If you have a few outdoorsy members in the group, they will be delighted to know that trails abound at Tahquitz Canyon, and Joshua Tree National Park is close enough for a day trip!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This home was rented for the pool and Wi-Fi. The pool was too dirty to swim in. The bottom of pool and hot tub had built up dirt. The hot tub never heated up and the jets did not work. The Wi-Fi did not reach the entire home so to work one had to be inside next to the router for consistent Wi-Fi. One of the patio doors could not be completely closed or locked. The primary reasons for renting this location were pool and Wi-Fi very dissatisfied with this rental.

Hi Katherine, thanks for leaving us a review. All of our pools are cleaned twice a week, but sometimes the desert winds wreck havoc on the pools. We appreciate being able to send out a pool vendor to service this during your stay. Regrettably, the heating of the pool spa is a separate fee and must be arranged prior to arrival. We will share the feedback about the slow wifi with our owner and check into upgrading the service. The door that would not lock has been repaired. We hope to be able to host you again in the future.

The view is nice pool was broken most of the time. The house is falling apart theres a leak in the living room and the lighting is old . The carpet has got to be replaced bathroom doors dont lock . The house needs work.

House is very fun and retro. Very private backyard and pool. Neighborhood is quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Great place for the family to relax. Previous renters were late getting out so we had to wait three hours after our check-in time to enter.

Quirky is the best description of the floor plan of the house. It works it`s just different. Check in was easy, and they were very friendly and easy to work with when arranging for the hot tub to be heated and to bring our dog. Everything was easy to find and it felt like everything we needed was there. We really liked the pool and the floats that were provided. We had a very relaxing afternoon just floating around the pool, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings.

Sun-Time Villa was amazing for my bachelorette trip! There was plenty of room for the nine girls attending. We all loved the funky decor, very 1970`s Palm Springs vibes. Each room was unique and comfortable. We had plenty of pool towels and bath towels. We had some trouble with the spa, but they were very quick to respond and took care of everything. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. Downtown was just a 10 min cab ride. The mountain and palm tree views from the pool area were so picturesque. I will admit, I was a little hesitant with all the regulations on tinkering with the air and heat in the pool but we were all very comfortable with the pre set settings. I will definitely be coming back to FUN-time Villa!

This house is full of surprises. It’s a lot bigger than it looks on the outside. The furniture and decor are all very funky and unique. The pool was my favorite part of our stay. I’d stay here again!

I went with three other couples and we all had privacy due to how the house is laid out. This house had everything we needed for an entire weekend. This home has many amenities and very comfortable. The living room is huge, the pool is the perfect size to lounge around. The bedrooms are a little on the smaller side but overall the house is great. Reservation team is awesome always!
