The house was very clean and the backyard, too. The backyard is laid out very nicely. The pool wasn't very clean, but the rest of the yard was. The furniture in the cabana is probably needing to be replaced soon. Other than that, the furniture was nicely laid out, well kept and comfortable. We finally were able to enjoy the spa the last night we were there. The only complaint is it was difficult getting a response from the Vacasa staff. I left voicemails and text messages, but didn't get a response until late in the day, the night before we were checking out.

Regrettably, at this time we are receiving higher than normal call and email volumes which can result in a delay in response. We are working to hire and train new team members in order to better suit the growing demand. We appreciate our guests' understanding of this matter. Additionally, we have shared your feedback regarding the pool and outside furniture with our local team to address with the appropriate parties so they can work to improve this home for future guests.
