From the moment we walked in after three days driving we felt a sense of being home. So different from our own home yet we could just drop our bags and feel immediately at ease. It was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated. The master is large and welcoming with a great walk in closet to hang all of your clothes. There’s a sliding door to a small patio to have a coffee and catch the morning sun. The kitchen met our needs well as we like to cook and the stove top and oven work exceptionally well. The sliding door overlooks the pool and the beautiful La Quinta mountains. We walked every morning with a choice of a natural path planted with indigenous trees and shrubs, a paved path with shade and water for yourself and your pup at regular intervals or a desert walk/hike at the base of the mountains which our dog loved. This was a unexpected highlight for us we thoroughly enjoyed. Location is amazing and close to Trader Joe’s, Target, Costco and many restaurants. A short drive to el Paseo and the weekend market at the College of the Desert. The quaint town of La Quinta is so close with a great selection of restaurants and weekend market. Very artsy with fun vibe and seems everywhere accommodates your dog which was amazing for us. We are completely satisfied with our stay and would stay again. Thank you for making your home available. It’s down to earth rather than cookie cutter and sterile, comfortable, warm and inviting. We loved it!
