The gorgeous primary bedroom is furnished with a four-poster king bed, a full-size sofa bed, and a 50" TV. An en-suite bath impresses with a double vanity, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a queen bed and a 32" TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a 40" TV. The fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a 40" TV. A pristine guest bath has a tiled tub/shower combination.

A haven of relaxation, a private south-facing backyard enjoys plenty of sun and boasts a heated saltwater pool as well as a hot tub. Claim a poolside lounger, or fire up the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. A patio table is there as well for alfresco dining.

THINGS TO KNOW

Indoor smoking is prohibited.
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. and the City of La Quinta noise ordinance is strictly enforced. (Outdoor music is prohibited at all times during the quiet hours and must not be audible from the street at all other times).
Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.

We had a group of 4 golfers and the house worked out great. Not far from the golf courses we played and close to restaurants and any shopping we needed. Having the pool and spa worked great

I loved how it was so much peace and quiet the stores are not that far if you need any supplies. Great customer service if you need help. Great games to play. Families will enjoy themselves.
