The house and pool were amazing. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Lacked pool toys so bring your own. Make sure you know where the instructions are as communication was lacking. Will definitely stay here again when in Palm Springs!

This is a stunning mid-century home, with a great backyard, 3 king bedrooms and an overall lovely home to rent for a getaway. It is on the north end of Palm Springs, so a bit further from downtown but nothing unmanageable. The outdoor setup with fire pit was the certain highlight. I would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful home and backyard! We really enjoyed our time here but I would not recommend it if you have babies or young children that need to nap during the day in a dark environment. All of the blinds in the bedrooms let in lots of light so the bedrooms are bright during the day and also at night if the outside or living room lights are on. If any adults you are with need blackout shades to sleep, this will likely be problematic for them as well. Also, the bathrooms all have skylights in them so our baby was unable to nap in there as well as it was too bright. As a heads up, there is not a door to the bathroom in the master bedroom so it lacks privacy. The kitchen was great and very functional for cooking and we loved relaxing the in perfectly manicured backyard. I would stay here again but not bring our little one.

There was no hot water in the home for 24 hours and the response from Vacasa was unacceptable- we had to wait hours and then end up trouble shooting ourselves and then they offered us a $50 credit for our inconvenience. I would not recommend staying at a Vacasa property again - its a disaster

This house was perfect for our group, the deep pool was cool even in the heat of summer. Location was closed to everything you need when visiting Palm Springs. Note the city of Palm Springs does not allow you to play music outside which sort of rained on our pool parade but there’s nothing Vacasa can do about that.

Great home. Beautiful architecture and landscaping. Old messed up furniture, unacceptable for the price they are charging. Jaimie the property manager for Vacasa is a clown. Will never rent a Vacasa home again

Where do I start... The home is beautiful, clean, updated and spacious. The backyard is an oasis with a large salt water pool and hot tub. (Just know there is a daily pool heat fee in addition to the home price. ). The home is well stocked with everything that you could think of from cooking supplies to rubber bands. This is the cleanest and relaxing home that we have stayed in. Downtown is a 6 minute drive, golfing is an 8 minute drive. We loved lying in the pool and watching the planes go by. Can’t wait to stay again.

We truly loved everything about this house! If I were to design the perfect house this would be it. I was telling my husband that ’I feel RICH!’. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Our kids and us adults loved the pool and Spa. The pool was huge! The Spa was not a hot tub, which we thought we were getting, but we paid the extra fee to heat the pool and it was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was nice to have. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace at night as well.

Loved all of the interior designs of the house. Simple but beautiful. They really had a nice eye with the design. We hope to come back and stay at the Desert Elegance one day!!
