This gorgeous retreat will provide you with an immaculate and welcoming interior decorated in the iconic mid-century style that is famous in the area. The great room is filled with striking colors and an artistic flair making it perfect for entertaining boasting a modern fireplace, several sitting areas, and views to the pool. Step outside and you will find a perfect oasis complete with lush greenery, an expansive pool and spa, a grilling area with bar seating, a firepit, and an outdoor dining area! If a more formal meal is on the agenda, a gourmet kitchen finished with quartz counters, abundant high gloss white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a conversation bar awaits inside. You and your guests are sure to create multiple memories through the many amenities that this property provides.

You and your guests will have no trouble experiencing the very best attractions in the city, as this home is located a short three-mile drive from the vibrant shops, restaurants, casinos, and art exhibits of downtown. When you work up an appetite from a full day of fun, don't hesitate to try some local cuisine at Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, or Rooster and the Pig (takeout only)! If you have a few outdoorsy members in the group, they will be delighted to know that trails abound at Tahquitz Canyon, and Joshua Tree National Park is close enough for a day trip!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The house is amazing, it was more with the service. The 4 nights I stayed I couldn't use the heat to the spa. When I called about it they said I need to request for heating pool. I did not want pool heated it's August. I only wanted the jacuzzi hot. They said I couldn't without paying for the pool to get heated. If I took the offer I would not have gotten the heat until my last night there, but would still be charged for the pools heat for the 4nights that 8 stayed, even if it was only going to be set on my last night. I thought that was ridiculous. It was not cheap to stay, so I couldn't I get to enjoy the spa. The house is awesome I loved it, but I would have loved to have a heated spa. The two main things for renting the house was the pool and spa. I was really bummed out about that. Customer service may not think it was a big deal, but when the reason that your spending all that money for a few nights is just for pool and spa, it was a huge deal for me. Especially if your the only one paying for it. I really wanted heat in the spa. I certainly did not want a hot pool. I never herd of such thing before, you have to heat both if you want heated spa. But the house was amazing. The kitchen is hooked up. They had am awesome BBQ grill kitchen outside. The pool is HUGE. The house look like they put a lot of work into it. Beautiful bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, there was one room we did not use, it smelled like urine but we just kept it closed. There's two sides of the house that have two rooms and two bathrooms each. It's nice and big. I loved the house. I would have gave 5stars but the spa thing was a big deal to me. It ruined my stay.

Had a family gathering for mother’s 90th birthday. It was the perfect home for the four days we were there. The indoor decor is amazing with Interesting photos and artwork. The whole house is so comfortable. The outdoor area is well maintained and perfect for entertaining. We will definitely try and book this home again on our next visit.

It had a great open floor plan and the pool area was very private! Beautifully designed inside and out! One of the only downfalls was one of the closets was locked (and the light left on) because the owner keeps their stuff in there. I wish that was stated on the page.

Dirty pool, and AC issues

The pool was dirty upon our arrival. Vacasa took two days to respond to us. Home has a Nest thermostat set and locked to 76 degrees. Owners had it on eco mode where ac would shut off at night. House gets hot and most guests weren’t able to sleep through the night. Would not rent again with the eco ac issue, made for an uncomfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in June 2021. So happy to discover this house to be exactly as pictured. It was super clean and the layout is great. Our only suggestion would be to add a few things to the kitchen: a large salad bowl or two, some tongs, and some storage containers for leftovers. Also, the house had no large beach towels for outside, but luckily we brought our own. I will definitely stay here again. All of the beautiful (and fun) decor make this a truly special place. We loved it :)

This house was everything we hoped for and more! The setup is perfect for 2 families with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on opposite sides of the house. It was amazingly stocked for both indoor and outdoor cooking and family meals. The pool and backyard were very relaxing. Highly recommend this house!

This house is beyond beautiful! I love the floorplan. Each `wing` has two bedrooms and each bedroom has it`s own bathroom. Some are en suite and some are hall baths, but essentially every room has its own. The pool was gorgeous and very warm. We loved the outdoor space, especially listening to the waterfall each morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. The location was great! We were just a few minutes from downtown and walkable to antiques and coffee! The neighborhood was so quiet and lovely, we can`t wait to return!!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this home. The furniture and artwork throughout this property was comfortable and inviting. We took some great photos posing around the house and of course out at the pool!
