This home is ideally situated near downtown Palm Springs, less than two miles east of Palm Canyon Drive. This famous downtown strip is lined with acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, theaters, casinos, and plentiful forms of nightlife for you to enjoy. During the day, you can tee off at one of the countless world-class golf courses in the area, go for a hike in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles southwest) or Indian Canyons (six miles south), or take a drive into Palm Desert to dine and shop along El Paseo (12 miles southeast).

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

I loved the privacy of this home. A very private front courtyard and a sprawling backyard. The pool was HUGE! The amount of windows was amazing with all the light they let in. Bed was very comfortable encouraging sleep! Great getaway. Everything I needed was close by (1-2 miles). I would definitely stay here again😎

For the cost (about $500 per night) you can get something more updated. The house has a lot of potential but it's just felt run down overall. i have stayed in other Vacasa properties at lower rates that were far better than this home. The pool was always alright murky too. To he no air conditioner in the living room was not strong enough for the size of the room and the furniture was poorly arranged and old. the outdoors was deficient in longe furniture like sofas and lounge chairs. But i will say Vacasa's customer service is top knotch i'd give them a 5 star rating easily.

Nice and clean when we arrived. We stayed May 18 to June 2. The home is comfortable and well appointed. There is no working blender. There were two in the cupboard, but there was a note attached saying they were broken or leaked. That was disappointing given that we enjoy making blender type cocktails. Lots of plates, cooking utensils/pots/pans and glasses. The kitchen is easy to cook in - nice that it is right off the patio. There were no floats for the pool, which was VERY disappointing. There were some pool noodles, but they broke apart when touched. We bought two floats and left one. The backyard is fantastic - great shade when needed/wanted. The backyard is secure and totally private. The dog was safe to roam. There is a bbq, but it has seen better days. It should be replaced, in our opinion. It works but you have to lift up the grates to light it - the igniter switch is missing. The hot tub is new and works great. The three bedrooms all have tv's and the beds are comfortable. The A/C kept the home cool. The tv/living room area has its own unit. That also did a pretty good job of keeping that space cool.The home is in a great area - close to everything you'd need. We had an issue with the gate code one day - couldn't get in. Called Vacasa and we were back in within 20 minutes. Thanks again Vacasa!!

We had a much needed escape from an ongoing long and snowy Tahoe winter. Pool and hot tub were great. It would be nice if the listing specified there is an additional fee to heat the pool that also requires 48-72 hrs notice. This was a last minute trip and we didn’t find out til after booking. House was clean and comfortable. Yard and pool workers came unannounced, it would have also been nice to have been notified about that as we traveled with our dog to this pet friendly home. He is a good boy and very friendly but ran up to the people without our knowing, we like to have him on a leash as he is still learning how to greet people.

The jacuzzi is brand new and has a beautiful Mountain View, especially at sunset. The pool is huge and very deep, something I appreciated, but might be an issue for families with small children. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

I have stayed in this home before and it has everything you need for vacation. Pots, pans , utensils, plenty of towels etc. However, the pool and spa were very dirty when I checked in and since no one showed up I had to pay out of my pocket to clean them both. The check in process was also very poor as I was never able to open the door. I had to get the keys from the office and didn’t get checked in until an hour after the normal time.

This home was perfectly located. Close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs only a short drive away. Really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen & dining room space. Spent most of our time enjoying the private pool, hot tub and backyard.

This house is very easy to relax in.
We enjoyed the pool area and the location was great for shopping, food, and close to hiking trails, and the Tram.
The interior interesting with bright colors through out and the back yard was well maintained with many plants and the pool was terrific.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children and small dog and we had a very enjoyable stay! It was an easy check-in, the house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and lounging by the pool. The pics do make the house look a little bigger than what it is but it wasn’t a big deal and was perfect for our family. The pool is big and the patio has great shade when needing a break from the sun. We would definitely stay her again!

I loved the layout of this house. It had a great viewing area for our Oscars evening on Sunday. The pool was clean and temperature perfect. The King bed was comfortable. We did cook a few meals and the kitchen was user-friendly.
