Built in 1962 as one of just two of its model, this home is full of open living spaces, large windows and glass doors, new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops in the kitchen, and plentiful seating around the gas fireplace and Smart TV. The oversize lot is home to an outdoor oasis, where you can unwind in the private swimming pool and spa, tell stories around the firepit in the evenings, and dine with a view of the mountains in the covered lounge and dining area with ceiling fans.

This mid-century home is located in the Sunmor neighborhood of Palm Springs, which sits less than two miles east of Palm Canyon Drive and the center of downtown. In the heart of the village of Palm Springs, you'll find a wide variety of acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, shops, theaters, and other forms of nightlife to choose from. Bring along your clubs and spend your days golfing at one of the dozens of world-class courses in the area, or take in a commanding view of the desert valley from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway only eight miles west.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The home is everything and more. We spent two weeks at this home and enjoyed every minute. Very close to stores, downtown and anywhere else you want to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and friendly neighbors. Apple TV in every room is a plus. Lots of areas to hang out and relax during the day and night. The out door couches are a huge plus. Spa heats up very fast and I would recommend this option. Pool temp was refreshing (Late October) and did not need heat during our stay. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. The lighting set up in the entire house is fantastic. TV's are easy to use and lots of instructions for those who are tech challenged. Great BBQ area and lots of outdoor space. Wonderful view of the mountains and stars in the evening. Home is located close to the airport, but you really don't hear much, if anything. Do not let this be a factor in your decision. The check in and check out could not be easier, and if you are in need of anything, the management gets back to you right away. Much easier to work with than the competition, and less fees as well. The owners book is a huge help as it gives you all the information you need on the home and more. Highly recommend, and we will be back for sure. Thank you Vacasa and the owners of the Lucky Palm, we had an amazing holiday thanks to you.

Great Mid-Century modern home and furnishings with a cozy, enclosed back yard and pool. Super private. We really like the open floor plan. The spaces were much larger than what appears online. Love the primary suite with the indoor/outdoor shower area. We would definitely stay here again!

The Lucky Palm is delightfully mid-century decorated and modern in all it`s amenities. The heated pool/spa was thoroughly enjoyable even in December with snow capped mountain views! Our family of 4 loved every minute of our holiday stay. The Lucky Palm home is spacious, convenient and extremely comfortable for relaxing, visiting and exploring the area, We would love to stay here again. 5 stars definitely!

Walking into this place is like stepping into an Esquivel album cover. The house is just drenched in Mid-Century vibe. A period-correct color palette combined with beautifully maintained and restored furniture and decor of the era will make you feel as though you’ve just stepped out of a time machine rather than an airplane. The owners of the Lucky Palm are clearly committed to creating an interior worthy of the stunning exterior. I’d guess this house dates from around 1960, and it is absolutely unique. Well, in fairness, it appears to be one of two in the street, but this one has a carport, and there’s even a fabulous early 70’s Cadillac parked in it.Architectural awesomeness is all well and good, but the Lucky Palm has much more than that. There’s also a beautiful swimming pool with a hot-tub in the very private walled backyard. The view of the mountains from here alone is worth the rental fee.If you’re into the Golden Age of Mid-Century style, you’ll love this place. I will definitely stay here again.

The pleasure starts with the blissfully short drive from the airport. (Despite the proximity, though, you won`t notice any noise.) The house is an unusual design that looks really cool from the street, with impeccable landscaping front and back. Inside, past the unique front door, everything is near-perfect. All of the wall decorations are spot-on, period-appropriate. The furniture is all either mint-condition vintage or gorgeous new Modern style--you`ll be hard-pressed to tell which is which. The kitchen is brand-new, with retro-style counters and cabinets surrounding the new appliances we all want to see in a rental home. My favorite part of the home, though, is the spacious, private back yard, with a large pool, a wonderful hot tub, and several discrete conversation/drinking areas. I loved spending time there with my friends. Overall, this place is clean, quiet, very comfortable, and a tremendous value. Highly recommended!

Had the pleasure of spending a weekend here with some friends. The home is immaculate, and newly remodeled in a very fitting retro style. I say retro, but everything is new, clean and comfortable. There also is a HUGE backyard with an updated swimming pool and fire pit. Perfect for those looking for that great midcentury classic Palm Springs romantic getaway, or family gathering! Very close to downtown, as well.
