This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in central Palm Springs, a mile and a half east of the heart of downtown. Palm Canyon Drive, the main village thoroughfare that's lined with renowned restaurants, boutiques, theaters, art galleries, and various forms of nightlife, is within walking or biking distance, as are the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, the Palm Springs Convention Center, and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino. If you're looking for a glorious view of the desert, be sure to take a ride up the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway yourself, just eight miles west.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Great curb appeal on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great location with easy access to everything you would want to do in Palm Springs from the airport to the town center. In turns the old saying that there’s no place like home on its head because there is - here. Great pool too!!

We stayed at Orchid Tree Villa for 7 weeks in February and and March. Great location. Convenient to downtown and other activities. The backyard was wonderful. Nice pool and spa. Cleaned twice a week. Nice tables and chairs. The kitchen is well stocked. Could use a few more dishes. The bedrooms are good. Nice family room. Furniture is starting to age. During our stay we had several issues which were resolved by Vacasa in a reasonable amount of time. Unit could use some TLC to maintain it. Overall a very good experience for a reasonable cost.

The house was nice and comfortable. But we could tell it hadn’t been rented in a while. It was dusty in some places, spiders everywhere! One shower was complicated to use, so my kids had to take a bath, the water took awhile to fill. The master bath shower has rocks for the floor so be careful when showering! Not comfortable on the feet. Maybe shower in water shoes. The sinks in both baths were not well taken care of, lots of calcium on one sink in the master and in guest bath the sink filled with water as you washed your hands! Other than me requesting the spa to be heated thinking they could just charge me later, the house was nice. We hung out there quite a bit too.

We headed to Palm Springs to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary with the family, the house and pool were the reason we booked it. But when we went outside to see the pool, we were instantly disappointed. The pool was filthy. We immediately called the office and were told that the pool was cleaned Friday but we arrived Saturday and either the pool guy was in a hurry or no one showed up. We were told that they would send someone out the next day. Mind you, we were celebrating, the weather was hot and we paid for a house with a pool. I guess we didn't emphasize A CLEAN POOL. After going back and forth, they wanted us to send pictures which we did and they said it was OK for us to get into the pool. IT WAS GROSS! WE CLEANED as much as we could with what we could find. So out of the 4 days that we stayed we were only able to get into the pool 1 DAY. Tuesday we checked out at 10am so no pool time .

The house is very nice and clean. The backyard and pool were awesome! Palm Springs in July was as expected so hot, so we spent a good share of our time in the pool. It was the best. The home is in a guiet relaxing neighborhood, but close to downtown and stores. Check-in and out were so easy and the guest service representatives were polite and very responsive. We would definitely rent this location again.

This home was exactly what we hoped for! Spotless, clean, very comfortable and the outside private patio was spectacular. The only thing was the timing and the schedules of the personnel that comes to clean the outside mainly. Other than that, we want to go again, grilled every day, better than a hotel!

We stayed at Orchid Tree Villa for 6 weeks. We enjoyed our stay very much. The backyard is very private and the pool and spa work great. The house is located on a quiet street towards the end of a cul de sac. The kitchen is very adequate. The Vacasa rep took care of a few minor issues we had during our stay.

This is a nice, comfortable house on a quiet cul-de-sac. The yard is pretty and private feeling, and the pool, while not great for laps, is perfect to cool off in. Unfortunately, the back neighbors have allowed their hedge to grow higher than the hedge, so the mountain view from the pool shown in the pictures is greatly impacted. We have stayed here before, and were disappointed to discover that. But still a very nice yard to hang out in and enjoy the outdoors.

The house is a perfect size, the pool and the yard were great. It's a very quiet neighborhood close to downtown, casinos and good restaurants. We definitely will be back.

Two recommendations to the owners:
1) have the area rugs and the carpets shampooed
2) get a new vacuum cleaner that vacuums the area rugs

The backyard was everything! A little reminiscent of Old School Palm Springs - loved the grassy areas, Palm and fruit trees. Nice view and great patio. Nice location. Did not disappoint!

We had a very nice stay in this home. It was very clean and the beds and sofa were comfortable . The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need. The pool was private and great for relaxing and cooling off. There were plenty of pool towels and floaties to use which was nice . There were also 2 bikes to ride if you wanted too. Would definitely rent this home again.
