Curl up on a spacious leather sectional beneath soaring high ceilings in the living room. Enjoy the warm ambiance of the gas fireplace while watching movies on the 72-inch TV with cable. A wet bar, complete with a mini-fridge and seating for two, invites you to whip up drinks. Play a round of billiards at the pool table. Make favorite meals in the modern kitchen, featuring sparkling granite countertops, wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range. Sip morning coffee or play a round of cards in the breakfast nook outfitted with a table for four. The formal dining room seats eight around a glass-top table.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary suite, which also features a roomy walk-in closet and a 60-inch TV with cable and a soundbar. The spa-like bath boasts a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a 42-inch TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third guest room has a Murphy bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen and an en-suite bath, plus a double vanity and a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is located off the foyer.

The front patio boasts a comfortable outdoor sofa surrounding a gas firepit, while the back deck is the perfect spot for cooking out on the gas grill and dining alfresco with a view of the Arnold Palmer golf course and surrounding mountains. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two compact cars in the garage and two additional vehicles in the driveway.

Take a short walk to the shared pool, which is heated during the winter months. You can even access the WiFi while you lounge poolside. Guests can play three of PGA West's world-class golf courses. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking the Cove to Lake Trail, Bear Creek Trail, and Boo Hoff Trail, all within a 15-minute drive.

First of all, this is a great property with plenty of space, lovely decorations, and a great location. It is clean and comfortable and can accommodate many guests. It’s in a gated community with access to a pool and hot tub within 30 yards. Where it could improve are the amenities. It advertises a pool table, but half of the pool cues were missing their tips and the ones with tips could probably be replaced as well. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, but they only provided us with one coffee pod for a 3 night stay with 3 guests. One of the Teflon pans provided for cooking was also severely scratched up and should probably be discarded. This wasn’t the biggest deal since there were two more useable pans, but one had a loose handle that felt like it was about to fall off. They left garage door openers for us, but we couldn’t get them to actually work and had to manually type in the code on the door each time we went in and out. Also the toilet paper is the same quality you would find in a public restroom. For such a beautiful and luxurious property you’d think they could splurge for the nicer stuff that costs marginally more money or leave you some coffee pods so you don’t need to go buy your own. Still, overall it was a very nice place to stay and I would stay again in the future if some of these issues are addressed. Just know when I booked the instructions were a bit contradictory. It says you must check in in-person, then says because of Covid protocol, they do a virtual check-in. Vacasa told me “someone will be at the property to check you in,” but I got a call the day of to do a virtual check-in process. This was consistent with part of the initial email I received, but it would have been nice to have definitive instructions from the get go rather than having to guess if it will be in-person, virtual, or if someone will meet me at the property.

Beautiful condo, very spacious, great outdoor areas, beautiful views.Pool/spa area directly across the street. Note: Palmer Residence now heats all public pools on a monthly rotation basis; hot tubs consistently heated. The nearest heated pool was several blocks away during our stay.

It is the best place for a comfortable and quiet break. Coffee on the terrace overlooking the golf course and mountains is the best. A community pool for water play is located within a 1-minute walk, and all play facilities such as various water play equipment and bicycles are available. Kitchen utensils are also fully equipped. The interior is well cleaned, but it is a bit disappointing that the terrace table is not cleaned. But it must be the best place for a vacation.

This home is fantastic! We’ve rented here before and already scheduled another trip. It is comfortable, quiet and very well cared for. Turnkey is fantastic too. From the initial booking contact to quick and helpful responses to any questions we could not have asked for more. Mike, the Turnkey local representative, couldn’t have been more helpful when we needed a couple of items handled. His service was quick, responsive and very professional. The only disappointment was that the bikes had flat tires. We enjoyed riding them around the last time we were there and when we discovered we couldn’t enjoy them this time we actually thought about getting a tire fixed ourselves. Unfortunately we didn’t have time. In closing I can say we highly recommend this beautiful home. You will not regret being here. Wow!!!! This place is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!! The pool is right across the street, the kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware or utensil and seasoning needed, the rooms are large with large bathrooms attatched, the place is very open and well decorated! My friends and I had an incredible time! The mountains at night are lit up and absolutely beautiful!!!We will definitely be back! I wish I could give this property a 4.5 star review (but that wasn`t an option). Everything about this stay was great - spacious, clean, professional, fantastic view by the mountains. The only issue we had were the loud pipes that sounded during the night on multiple occasions. It disturbed our sleep. Hopefully that can be fixed. We really enjoyed the location and general condition of the place, however, we did have an issue with the master air conditioning that we were unable to resolve during the stay which pretty much made it impossible to use that room during the stay. We tried calling and texting the management company to no avail (I even sent a note via HomeAway which has still not been responded to). We rented this home for a mother/daughter Stagecoach outing. We couldn`t have asked for a better location and home. The accommodations fit our group perfectly and we enjoyed the beautiful view on to the golf course and mountains. The pool is practically next door and easy to access. Overall the place was beautiful and perfect for our stay. They even had on the country music channel to welcome us for our Stagecoach trip.
