This lovely home is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Cathedral City. Conveniently located near golf courses, dining, and shopping, plan to spend fun-filled days exploring the vibrant area. A converted garage doubles as a game room and includes a ping-pong table and air-conditioning.

Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and granite countertops. The dining table seats 10 and additional seating for two can be found at the kitchen bar. The living area includes comfortable seating and a 50-inch Roku TV, while a cozy gas-burning fireplace adds warm ambiance.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a 32-inch TV with streaming capabilities. The en-suite bath features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet. Two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds, while the fourth guest room is appointed with a queen bed. A guest bath has a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

The fenced backyard is truly spectacular! Enjoy refreshing dips in the south-facing, 6-feet deep, heated pool. Or take a relaxing soak in the spa. Make use of the new gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals at a table for six. A firepit offers an additional spot to relax, while multiple loungers and a hammock chair offer comfortable seating.

THINGS TO KNOW

Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor's privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

This home was worked out great for my family and three dogs. It was clean and had a good size backyard. The only I complaint I have is there were NO kitchen towels

I booked through Mariott Homes and Villas specifically because the premium experience promised: “premium linens and towels,” “home features hot tub,” and a “washer-dryer” all listed on the Mariott posting. The linens were far from luxury and were thin and felt like clearance bed-in-a-bag quality, the towels were thin and sandpaper like, Vacasa refused to turn the hot tub on without the pool (which requires an additional fee) even though the controls are separate and visible to guests, and no washer-dryer was to be found. Specifically on the hot tub, you shouldn’t be able to list it if it’s not actually going to be available, and no fees were listed on the Mariott posting which I have screenshotted. While the property is peaceful, spacious, and private, that’s the most I can say for it. The property was more AirBnB quality than “Mariott,” so I’ll be sticking to hotels personally.

We loved the location of the house, the backyard and pool especially.
With 6 of us, it was nice to have 4 bedrooms. There were a few things that were lacking, such as dish towels, bath mats and teaspoons. Overall, we were quite comfortable and had a great stay.
