LIVING AREA

Inside this single-story condo, sunlight pours through south-facing windows, and tile flows throughout the open floor plan.

Natural light is reflected in a mirrored feature wall in the living room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Feel the warmth of the fireplace as you sink into sofas and watch TV. Mix up a cocktail at the wet bar and take in golf course views.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless steel French-door fridge, a center island for additional prep space, and a breakfast nook with seating for four.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings, a king bed, large walk-in closet, and a 60in TV. The en-suite bath features double sinks, a luxurious jetted tub, a shower, and a separate water closet.

The second bedroom with double-door entry offers a queen bed, a 31in TV, built-in armoire, and private courtyard access. An en-suite bath includes a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom features a bay window, two mirrored closets, and an en-suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Kick back in a king bed and watch TV. A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Step out to a patio overlooking the golf course, and fire up the grill to enjoy a family barbecue. Dine alfresco at a glass-top table set for four, or recline in two lounge chairs and look out at the spectacular Santa Rosa Mountains.

The location is spectacular. The home is very nice. One of the 4 toilets wasn’t functional. The water pipes are very loud. One bed is very squeaky. Overall though we were very happy with the unit. It was super quiet. The neighborhood is fantastic. It is very spacious. We would stay there again

Unfortunately, the house was a disappointment for the cost. I can get over the 1980’s decoration, the floor to ceiling mirrors, the lack of soap/shampoo/hair dryer, and the falling apart kitchen. I can’t get over the overabundance of ants in the house - particularly all over the second master bathroom. They were in the shower, around the toilet, in the cupboards, etc. I lost it when I found them in my hair brush. I contacted Vacasa and they were “sending someone right over”. This never happened. I got a “sorry for your experience” and nothing else. I expected more from this company and would not spend the money that is being asked for this house.
