Unreal view. Super clean. Beautiful yard and pool. Great size house, well designed and decorated, with everything we needed. 11/10 recommend. The home is well situated within a gated community, Desert Princess, 10 minutes to anywhere in Palm Springs. Will be back.

The home was very clean and lots of inside and outside tableware. The grill was very clean, though we did have a minor issue with lighting all the burners. Maintenance was prompt and resolved the issue.

Highly recommend this beautiful home! It was spotless and big. Had three large bedrooms each with their own private full bathroom and walk in closet. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. The pool, spa and fire pit were incredible, with the most beautiful views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Photos don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay here again!

A few issues with Vacasa and their management of this home. The home is beautiful. Vacasa is more interested in the owners of the home as their customers than the people who rent the homes. 1. The Schlage smartlock was very difficult to use. We had trouble from the getgo getting into the home. 2. There was no binder detailing how to use features of the home - for example, we could not figure out how to get local channels on the TV. 3. The heated pool which we wanted to use turned out to not be available. We were assured that if we called two days before we needed it, it would be heated for $72/day. They even charged my visa card for the required amount. It turned out that someone has rules which did not fit our situration so we did not get the heated pool. 4. There is no local contact. Our calls to Vacasa went to North Carolina, Florida, Oregon and who knows where else. That was the reason for the agents not knowing what was going on. As I say, the house was fine, a great place to stay, but Vacasa does a poor job of managing it. Also to use the amenities like the pickle ball courts, the site charges $10/person per use, so not a readily available amenity. First week was in the 60s, second week in the 70s for daily highs. Location is fine.

We are regular visitors to the area. The places we normally stay were already booked. This looked lovely. Advertisement is inaccurate and the service is terrible! We arrived to discover no garage access allowed. Then the hot tub was not working. Inquired and told we had to pay extra for a heated pool and hot tub and that is a different contact #. Placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time we called and on the 4th attempt we finally reached someone. It was around $1,000 additional to heat the spa and the pool (listing states $72 a day). At this point we are 2 days into our stay and also informed I must pay for the full 10 days regardless if we are already 2 days into our stay. Listing states chefs kitchen but kitchen is very poorly stocked. No cheese grater, no spices, no rice cooker, poor quality cooking utensils that fall apart when using them etc. The couch is broken and comes apart when you sit on it with large screws sticking out that have been stripped. Primary suite has a TV armoire as the cabinet so no drawers or space to unpack and store your belongings. We got ready to BBQ dinner and the grill is filthy and covered in sand. My husband had to clean it in order to use it to cook our meal. We come to the area often but I will not stay here again nor would I stay with Vacasa again. There are much cheaper and higher quality rentals in the area with higher quality service.

I rented this house the week of the fourth and what I saw in the pictures, is what I experienced in-person. The home was clean and well taken care of. I had an issue with the ice dispenser on the fridge not operating. I called and alerted Vacasa, they sent two bags of ice over. I would rent this house again; it’s perfectly situated with a Mountain View with no homes impeding the view. It’s a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for respite and solitude.
