Occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
Guests must comply with the city's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations.
No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the home's property line at all times.
Use of outdoor amenities and activities that create noise is prohibited from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

We’ve stayed with Vacasa in the past and had an excellent experience so I was excited to find out they managed this rental as well. Things went as expected all until we had checked in…. then Vacasa disappeared. We had no pool heat, no propane for the fire pit, couldn’t turn off the AC, garage door opener battery was dead. Thankfully the house was awesome— perfect layout, lots of windows and sunshine, plenty of space. We’d stay here again, but definitely read all of the fine print because once you’re there you’re on your own.

The house was very clean and had everything needed for a getaway with my family. Communication delays with the hosts multiple times due to what was said as “high demand.” But otherwise loved it and would be staying here again
