As the coronavirus continues to spread and disrupt travel and daily life across the Unites States and the world, we are making public our efforts to protect our staff, our guests and our Greater Palm Springs community.

At this time, Riverside County is allowing vacation rentals. County reopening guidelines require us to have a 24 hour buffer between each reservation.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up until 30 days before check-in via our parent website, Vacasa.com.

  • Cancel and receive a Future Stay Credit for 100% of your reservation cost. You can redeem the credit for a new trip within the next 15 months—and you can even pick a different Vacasa home or destination.

  • Cancel and receive a refund (minus the booking fee) by logging into your Trip Manager. If you don’t have an existing Vacasa account, you’ll be prompted to create one—it takes just a couple of minutes.

Note: Reservations made on a third-party site (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) may be subject to that channel’s terms and conditions if they differ from those listed above. Please check the site where you originally booked your trip.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We offer Trip Protection for an extra layer of security. When you opt in for Trip Protection, you’ll be eligible for a full refund for any nights canceled due to illness, death in the family, flight delays, flight cancellations, or road closures due to bad weather. You can purchase it up to 30 days before your reservation. (If you’re booking within 30 days of check-in, you can add Trip Protection up to 24 hours from the time of making the reservation.)
