As the coronavirus continues to spread and disrupt travel and daily life across the Unites States and the world, we are making public our efforts to protect our staff, our guests and our Greater Palm Springs community.

At this time, Riverside County is allowing vacation rentals. County reopening guidelines require us to have a 24 hour buffer between each reservation.

If your upcoming vacation has been affected by this restriction, here's how to get help and find out your options.

Reservations made directly with Vacation Palm SpringsReservations made directly with Vacation Palm Springs: The best way to reach our team is by calling 541-716-5481, and we’ll help work through your request.

Reservations made through Airbnb or Vrbo: Please contact the third-party channel where you booked your trip.

Our simple, flexible change and cancellation policies let you book your trip with confidence. For any new reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund.

From then on, if your check-in date is at least 7 days away, you can cancel and receive 100% of your reservation cost as a Future Stay Credit. You can also cancel for a refund (minus the booking fee and associated taxes) if your check-in date is at least 30 days away.

Note: Reservations made on a third-party site (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) may be subject to that channel’s terms and conditions if they differ from those listed above. Please check the site where you originally booked your trip.

We offer Trip Protection for an extra layer of security. When you opt in for Trip Protection, you’ll be eligible for a full refund for any nights canceled due to illness, death in the family, flight delays, flight cancellations, or road closures due to bad weather. You can purchase it up to 30 days before your reservation. (If you’re booking within 30 days of check-in, you can add Trip Protection up to 24 hours from the time of making the reservation.)

We hope our guests and owners remain safe and healthy. We look forward to welcoming you back!
