Inside, you'll find a well-furnished living room with a gas fireplace, a sofa, armchair, and recliner, and a flatscreen Smart TV. Movie nights won't be the same once you treat everyone to delicious snacks prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen and turn on the fireplace. Would you like to make things even more interesting? This home features a convenient wet bar! The kitchen features all the essential appliances and cookware to surprise everyone with tasty and cost-saving meals. There's even a coffee maker and dishwasher to make your stay even more convenient.

Both bedrooms are located on completely opposite sides of the home to assure even more privacy! Each one of the bedrooms has an ensuite full bathroom, but only the main bedroom has a flatscreen TV included. Additionally, you'll have a small laundry room. Guests who book this gem of a retreat will be granted access to shared pools and pool spas.

Golfers will be delighted by the close proximity to golf courses thanks to this retreat's location. Desert Falls Country Club, Avondale Golf Club, and Desert Willow Golf Resort are all within two miles. Outdoor enthusiasts must visit the famous Joshua Tree National Park, or the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, which is a zoo and botanical garden the entire family will swoon over. Escape the desert heat by enjoying the water slides and sparkling pools at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center (four miles away) or head out for a thrilling off-road tour through the desert.

The house was neat and clean. Perfect for a party of 4. No problems with the house. This was my first time interacting with vacasa customer service. This was regarding late checkout email that I had received from them. The email did not mention that the late checkout offer isDynamic in price for example the quoted price was $17 which later became 48! And has an expiry! Which is 3:30 pm day prior to your checkout. I was in Joshua national park with choppy to no internet. So I wasn’t able to avail this offer on time. As no deadline for the offer was mentioned I moved my meetings and flight and then tried using the offer and voila it was gone! I had a very rough time interacting with customer service agents who were of no help! If you are planning on staycation vacasa management might not be the best management to deal with: 1 star for vacasa support

Had a great stay! Very clean upon arrival. Beautiful gated community. House included some extra amenities, like coffee filters, oils, salt/pepper, paper towels, etc... It was nice not to have to buy all these small supplies for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again!
