It's the perfect retreat for a vacation with friends and family! Situated in the highly desirable Racquet Club estates, this home was originally designed by world-famous architect Willam Krisel and includes polished concrete floors, an exposed tongue-and-groove ceiling, and stunning mountain views from floor-to-ceiling clerestory windows. Spread out on the attractive sofas to stream your favorite movies on the living room's mounted TV, then head outside to get in a refreshing swim in the private pool (pool heat offered for an additional charge upon request) and above-ground eight-person hot tub.

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a center prep island/breakfast bar with barstools. Serve your dinner guests at the glass-top dining table or take your plates out to the spacious patio to savor an al-fresco dining experience amid the breathtaking mountain views. Afterward, let the kids play in the enclosed yard then spread out a few of the provided beach towels to enjoy an evening of quiet stargazing. Head inside for a rejuvenating sleep in one of the three luxurious bedrooms. The private washer and dryer will ensure everyone's clothes look their best and the central AC and ceiling fans will keep the home nice and cool during your stay. This home was the product of a successful mid-century movement intended to move Palm Springs beyond the highly affluent to become the vacation destination it's known as today. Some more recent updates include a new lanai, patio, and astroturf!

We absolutely loved the mid century vibe of the house and it amenities. It was like stepping back in time. My family loved openness of house. We had fun in the spacious back yard . It was the perfect place for Super Bowl party weekend.The booking, check in and check out process was quick and seamless.Highly recommended.

The property was well appointed with great views and fantastic back yard. Unfortunately twice we had unexpected workers walk into the back yard during the stay. Making matters worse was that a patio door did not lock so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving with our belongings unsecured. Attempts to discuss/resolve the issues were ignored with multiple employees saying that someone would call back.

I appreciate the opportunity to review this home. The stay there was lovely. Not all was quite as expected though. One of the main features was the pool for our trip. It would have been better had we known that the pool was NOT heated. Polar Bear plunges are not for us, so that was a huge disappointment. And, a 10:00 check out is a bit tight when on vacation. If it could be moved to 11:00, your future guests may appreciate it.
The work to upgrade the property is very well done, well thought out.

This home was absolutely filthy. The entire house smelled of urine and there were stains on the rugs. The pillows had blood stains and none of the bedding had been washed. Do not stay here.

The place was exactly as advertised! It was wonderful and in a great neighborhood! It was a quick drive from Palm Canyon Blvd (aprox. 5-7 minutes). We would definitely stay there again!
