You'll love the outside oasis of this Palm Springs vacation home, as the sparkling pool and spa invite you to enjoy the reliable year-round sunshine and breathtaking mountain views while you relax on a lounge chair or pool float. Additional outside amenities include two misting rock features on the west side of the pool, a mobile standing mister, and a remote-controlled awning system with built-in misters to help cool off on those extra hot days. Or kick back on the luxurious outdoor leather couch for a great place to have your morning coffee as the sun rises against the mountains.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Beautiful, comfortable, and with high-end finishes inside and out! No need to share bathrooms as each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, conveniently located, and with amazing mountain views. Can't wait to come back and enjoy this wonderful home again.

The house was very good, Everything was extremely clean and the three bedrooms were all excellent. We are very appreciative that Vacasa held our reservation for two years as we are Canadians and were not able to travel to the US for essentially two years (we originally booked for March 2020). This is a credit to the integrity of your company. One suggestion would be to have the owners find a way to have more shade at the property, as the back yard could get very hot. The pool was good. We had a problem re the big umbrella ( that was caused by pre-existing problems) but it was minor to our enjoyment, and handled by your firm well. The “Direct TV” was good but very complicated. Being able to put the two cars we had in the garage was a nice bonus in many respects. All in all we are very pleased with the house, the location, and the treatment we received from your firm.

Second stay at this home. It is perfect for our family. Each bedroom has its own full bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of beach towels. Spotlessly clean. Perfect!! Love everything about it.

We loved this rental. Perfect for our family as an escape. All the things we needed. I had to search for towels. They only had one per room but found the rest in powder bathroom. The property is a little run down. Rugs are dirty/stained. Pool furniture dirty. The place could use a good deep clean. I think power washing the furniture & deep clean would go over well. The Dyson vacuum didn’t work. The water has ruined many features (misters), dishwasher doesn’t clean well, water pipes rattle, etc. The vents in bathroom were covered in dust. I’m a clean freak so I definitely notice those things. The sheets didn’t stay well on mattress & bedding wasn’t great, but not a deal breaker. We were there for a week and the trash from the tenants before us was not picked up so our can was full. Two bags were also left on ground by the can so very hot & smelly.

They are doing construction behind the house. They start pretty early - 7am. That was fun to wake up to one morning. Beginning stages so will be going for a while I’m afraid.

These didn’t take away from the property and location. It worked well for us and we were happy for a quiet retreat.
