Clean, bright and airy home. Beautiful backyard with a fantastic saltwater pool. Very quite neighborhood. A car is a must. No restaurants or stores in walking distance but down town is only a 10 min drive.

I recently stayed here for a long weekend. Arrival procedures were a little clunky but fully remote, which worked out fine. The location was superficially cleaned but there were a lot of places that needed cleaning that were out of sight, like below and behind the couch. Additionally, the bedding was clean no doubt, but stained which left the impression it was less clean.

It is clear that the original property owner took a lot of pride in this space, it was beautifully landscaped. However, some features were not in fact accessible like the outdoor fountains. As a rental, wifi was promised but was patchy, and streaming TV is advertised but on arrival required the renter to use their own accounts.

The pictures of this location promise a lot of outdoor lounge chairs, but these were not in place. Several were found in the garage, damaged and unusable; two were outdoors stained, dirty, and aged/dried out netting. Otherwise, the pool is extraordinary. It is breathtaking and mostly made up for the other things.
