You'll be within walking distance of the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive (three-quarters of a mile east) and its fabulous restaurants, galleries, nightlife, and Uptown Design District. Spend your days hiking up into the desert mountains, teeing off at one of the countless renowned golf courses nearby, or riding the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six miles west) for a memorable view of the desert.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Overall the house is beautiful! Small issues with low water pressure and the water never got hot. Otherwise the furnishings were great and there is an incredible view from the pool.I rent properties in Palm Springs often and Vacasa was one of my worst experiences. I had asked for the pool to be heated at the time of booking but it wasn’t recorded. On the day of check in I was confirming the pool heat was set to 88 and was informed there was no record of me requesting heat and the pool was 60 degrees (I doubt it was that cold, but shows part of incompetence). I requested it be turned on and confirmed I would pay. Four calls and six hours later they finally said they would turn it on the following day at 10am but would need to charge me for the arrival day even though it wasn’t on. After I pushed back hard and asked for a supervisor, they took off the charge for the day the heat wasn’t on.There are many great rental companies in Palm Springs- ACME, Oranj Palm and Oasis to name a few. I suggest renting a house through those companies!

This is a great house in a great location. Close to town, the yard was great, we loved floating in the pool and using the hot tub at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and serving items. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

There are a few problems with the house preventing our stay from being a great experience.The biggest issue, was the algae in the pool. By the third day it was so bad it covered the stairs, sides and bottom of the pool. It stained bathing suits and our skin. We have photographs of green brown towels after scrubbing it off. One of the guests developed a skin rash after being in the pool. The bed frame in the smaller master suite (the side closest to the pool) is broken in half causing the mattress to sink. There are gaps in the exterior doors weatherstripping allowing heat and bugs to enter the house. The toilet in the smaller master suite is not attached to the floor. When you lean to wipe, the entire toilet rocks to the side.The house is in a great location and has a good floor plan. If the issues I mentioned above, were not issues, this would have been a fine vacation.This rating system will not let me send this information to you without completing the review.A partial refund of our $2,200 rental cost is appropriate. Great house—have stayed here multiple times. Authentic mid-century in stunning neighborhood and close the heart of Palm Springs. Beautifully decorated and well-stocked with all the essentials. Pool and spa were working great and appear to have all new equipment. Pool is plenty warm without paying for heat in June, and spa still heated up quickly at night. Also happy to see all new carpet and some new furniture (and grill) since our last stay.One note: 4th bedroom is better for kids (queen bed with no attached bathroom). Other 3 bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms.Other nice amenities: two beach cruiser bikes in the garage for riding around the neighborhood, EV plugin to charge our car, citrus trees in the backyard and a juicer in the kitchen.We look forward to returning next time we're in the desert.

The location and backyard/pool are the best aspects of this house, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. But the inside was disappointing for the price. Several basic amenities need updating/repair- old appliances, shower and bathroom fixtures that don’t work well, cheap/uncomfortable furniture, and dirty carpets. We would love to stay again in this neighborhood but would not return to this house as is.

Enjoy Life is a beautiful mid century modern home in a first class neighborhood of Palm Springs. Unfortunately, the house amenities for 8 guests were seriously lacking.
There were place settings for 6 only, a grand total of 6 unmatched wine glasses, no placemats, tablecloth, salad bowl.
One towel was allocated per person for a 7 day visit. Towels were shredding on edges and some had holes. Wooden tables were unfinished, lights were burnt out (or not available to turn on), so no street or pool lights for November nights.
Exterior windows needed cleaning, there was bird poop on deck chairs, exterior pillows were filthy with age and dirt.
These are all simple things to fix. House amenities need a major refresh!!

My family of four (2 adults, 2 kids ages 9 & 6) had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Enjoy Life rental home. The home itself is amazing: spacious, clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all, vibrant artwork, garage space for the car, and two bathroom doors that lead directly outside to the pool making rinse-off a breeze. The backyard couldn’t be better: covered patio/outdoor eating area, so many lounge chairs and umbrellas to choose from, the pool and hot tub were the perfect size to play in for hours each day, the tall hedge provides complete privacy from neighbors, and best of all, the view of the mountains is breathtaking. The neighborhood was quiet, well manicured, and we truly couldn’t have hoped for a better location with a 3ish minute drive to more restaurants and shops than you could ever need (Palm Canyon Drive). We visited at the end of April and chose to pay for the pool heat ... sooo well worth the extra money! The pool was perfectly warm with zero goosebumps or chattering teeth. We highly, highly recommend this home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Really lovely decorated home in a great mid-century modern neighborhood. Plenty of space for us all in the home and the beautiful back yard. We did have issues with the heating of the pool/hot tub. The pool was crazy hot, 98 degrees plus. We called twice to have it checked on. They didn't come out until the second to the last day. They turned off the heater, which also turned off the hot tub. So we had a nice temperature pool on the last day but a cold hot tub. Kinda of a bust. It was a waste of our money to pay to heat the pool, only to be able to use it the last day of our trip.

To clarify, this home does not have a hot tub. Rather, it has a pool spa that is connected to the pool. The pool spa and pool share the same heater, thus will always be the same temperature. This means if the pool heat is turned off, so will the pool spa. We apologize for the confusion.

This place was fun for kids and adults. The pool is big enough for kids to play and adults to sun bath on floaties. The pool was heated a little too hot to swim in, but the Vacasa staff was super responsive and it was fixed quickly. The house was stocked with everything you could need for cooking and serving, and everything was in great condition. This house is in a very nice quiet neighborhood a 5min walk to the main downtown area or a 2min. drive. We’ll stay here again.

This house was not suitable as a Rental. There were 3 backed up sinks (two bathrooms and one kitchen, a broken sliding door to the pool, a broken TV, and a pool heater that did not work. House was slightly dirty and there was no hand soap. Not suitable for a family.

As a frequent traveler to Palm Springs, this home was a major disappointment. The home is much more dated than the pictures show. Unfortunately, the spa does not work well, the owner locks the thermostats to be high 70’s, even though it is over 100 degrees and all house guests complained of how hot the home was through the stay. Even on the day of checkout, the cleaning team came an hour early and just let themselves In while guests were in towels getting ready to depart. Vacasa was not very helpful, and took over 24 hours to respond to questions about the home. Palm Springs is absolutely wonderful, but this house is not a great vacation home.
