When days heat up, large glass doors open up to the inviting pool area offering refreshing water, ample lounge chairs, and those majestic mountain views.

This home is well suited for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway, located in a quiet neighborhood in South Palm Springs and just minutes away from downtown. Before heading into the hustle and bustle of the city, take a morning to spend time soaking in the unique desert landscape with a hike at Tahquitz Canyon just one mile west. If you are ready to go explore the shops and restaurants of downtown, simply hop on the games Palm Canyon Drive! There will be endless places to check out, so be sure to take your time and find your own favorite hangouts! Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We really enjoyed this home, the space for the family, and the pool with great views of the hilly landscape of Palm Springs. Great location to get into downtown Palm Springs to enjoy the Thursday night market and to get to other areas of Palm Springs. We will miss the home and Palm Springs.

The Oscar Mayer house was on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. I was there with my two sisters, each of us had our own room. The common areas were nice and the kitchen was well stocked, though for some odd reason lacked a full size coffee maker. Other than that, the stay was perfect. I would rent again with my family as there was plenty of room for 6 people.

The house is large, with bedrooms spread out, so everyone in our group had privacy if needed. However, with a big living room with several comfortable couches and chairs we spent a lot of time socializing there. the several comfortable chairs. The sliding glass doors in the living room led to the pool. Comfortable lounge chairs and a big table in the patio made that area like an extra room. House was spotless. Vacasa texted and called when we arrived to make sure everything was okay. That was a nice touch.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this mid-century house in Palm Springs! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stylish retro decor, spacious layout, and the stunning pool area.The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of modern amenities and mid-century charm. The living areas are bright and airy, with comfortable seating that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and dining al fresco by the poolside was a highlight of our stay.Speaking of the pool area, it's simply spectacular. Offering plenty of shade and breathtaking views of the mountains, it was ideal for a refreshing dip or soaking up the California sun on the loungers.The location couldn't have been better. Situated in a fabulous neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs, we were just a short drive away from the vibrant shops and restaurants that the area has to offer. Yet, the neighborhood itself was peaceful and serene, allowing us to enjoy a quiet retreat when desired.Overall, we can't recommend this VRBO house enough for anyone looking to experience the charm and luxury of Palm Springs. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a romantic escape, this property checks all the boxes for a perfect stay. This is a totally mid century Palm Springs style house. It's spacious, comfortable and the location is great. On a quiet cul de sac, close to downtown. Nice views from the pool area which has plenty of relaxing space in the sun as well as the shade.

This is a great house in a really nice neighborhood. A lot of space in the house - great communal areas and nice private rooms. You can`t beat this location in Palm Springs - you are close to everything. We had some issues heating the pool, but it was a very cold weekend and the hosts were very responsive. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Everything about this property lets you know you`re in Palm Springs. Large rooms open ontothe pool area which has plenty of sun and equally important, ever present shade. Great neighborhood with lots of movie star`s homes. Quiet, friendly and not windy! Our sixth timehere and it just gets better each year.
