Just the cleanliness of the house thats it! The pool is dirty when we came and pool night light isn't working, making night swimming unenjoyable due to the darkness, creepy cricket sounds, and many mosquitoes. I've been calling customer service about the pool light problem since day one, but it still hasn't been resolved, and they haven't sent anyone to fix it. Despite calling every single day, the issue remains unresolved, causing me a lot of stress. We paid a lot for this house and haven't received the satisfaction we deserve.

I loved the house, beds were cozy and other than the crap coffee maker (which they didn’t have filters for) the kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of pool towels, lots of shower towels, and the backyard was nice.Dislikes - the AC in the kitchen and master DO NOT work. We let Vacasa know and they just told me that they will bring it up to maintenance. That bedroom BAKES during the day and it stays hot at night. It was May luckily so we opened the slider at night for a little relief. I couldn’t imagine booking in the summer months with the AC not working.Upon checking in, there were tiny bugs all over the kitchen and also coming out of the drains of all of the sinks in every bathroom. I sent Vacasa a video, they said they couldn’t see it and then I sent them a picture, then they said they couldn’t see it so I had to send them a picture of zoom and then circle all of the bugs and they said that they would bring this up to the owner. Lastly the pool heat situation. Some listings had pool heat as a charge. I did not care to pay an extra hundred dollars a day for pool heat so I booked one that didn’t list to charge for pool heat. Upon booking, I was told that there would be a charge for pool heat of $65 a day, then when I called Vacasa to add pool heat, they said it was going to be $85 a day. we got lucky and didn’t need the pool heated because it was so hot, however, it would’ve been nice for the spa that was attached to The Pool to be properly working. in my opinion I think it’s a rip off for them to charge you to heat the small spa. If that’s going to be advertised then it should be included. I’m disappointed at Vacasa customer service, it could definitely be better.

Even more beautiful than the photos. We travel a lot and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a home better stocked. The layout is perfect, each room has its own bathroom and TV. All the doors that access the pool have safety alarms which helped ease my fears traveling with young kids. Everything is well-thought out and there is beautiful art throughout the home. It’s elegant while still being super comfortable. We grilled and cooked several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is the perfect size and the awning that extends over the pool keeps it shaded during the hottest parts of the day. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is even stocked with a bunch of pool toys. They have updated the glass coffee table in the family room with a larger wooden table. The staff was also super helpful, professional, friendly and responded to any issues promptly. We had an amazing time — this will be where we stay our next time in Palm Springs!

We recently spent a week in this home. It was absolutely amazing! The location was lovely and quiet. This home is incredibly spacious and the kitchen is equipt with everything one might need. The outdoor space was our favourite part of the home with the beautiful pool, hot tub, several seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. We will most definitely be booking this home again.

The house was very well appointed (brew coffee maker, lots of dishes, utensils, porta crib, toys, spices) and would be perfect for a group of six (three en-suite bedrooms). Great location, with west facing backyard and views of mountains, and walkable to coffee shops, etc. Also, a very short drive to downtown Palm Springs, hiking, airport, etc. We would definitely rent here again!

A perfect getaway. We stayed 2 weeks and had different family stay with us throughout our stay. The extra sheets provided allowed us to freshen the guest rooms up between stays! I am just coming out of surgery and chemo so I was able to get a redo of the summer I missed. The backyard set up is wonderful and the awning that rolls out make the patio cool and shades the pool. My brother loved the grill. My sister and cousin loved the fire pit. My husband loved the tv and living room to do some work. I loved pool!!! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need. Everyone loved the ambiance and said I should book it again next year!!!

The house was super clean ! Bigger in person pictures doesn’t do it justice . Only bad thing we can say is the gardeners showed up before 8 AM ! And the next day something with Edison wanted to come to see trees from the back yard ! Before 8:00 Am . Then we had to let a maintenance guy in so he can fix something in the bedrooms showers . This could been done before we arrived . Overall the house is great for a family of 4 ! We did have a great time …

Good location and comfy furniture. Pool and spa were very cold. We didn’t think we needed to pay the additional cost to heat the pool as temperature was in the 90’s. Go ahead and splurge on the extra cost!

This home had everything we needed, except a working refrigerator upon arrival. We checked in on Saturday evening, and after several calls to the property manager it wasn't until Sunday night that someone arrived to take a look at the refrigerator. The service person, Chris, did everything he could for us to get a working refrigerator quickly. They had one at their storage warehouse that he brought over, but we couldn't plug it in until Monday night because he needed to lay the refrigerator flat in his truck to get it to the house and the freon needed to settle. When you plan on cooking your meals while on vacation, not having a working refrigerator for the first couple of days really puts a damper on things. The most frustrating thing about dealing with the broken refrigerator was the lack of communication between the people working for the property management company. Each time I called, I spoke with someone different and it seemed like no one was communicating with each other to resolve the issue. One person would tell me a work request was put in, then another person would tell me no work request was put in.

Once the refrigerator issue was taken care of, we had a splendid time relaxing at the house, swimming, and exploring Palm Springs. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a nice vacation. Overall, I would recommend this home for your Palm Springs get away, but beware dealing with the property management company may be a frustrating experience.

The property exceeded expectations. It was beautifully decorated, clean and felt homely. The pool was impeccable, so much so, we spent all day and night in it. We had an amazing time and were deeply saddened when we had to leave on our last day. The property was also central to everything, including stores and restaurants, which was a definite plus. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful experience vacationing at this midcentury home in Palm Springs. The backyard pool area was a big hit for everyone! Dad grilled the burgers and chicken as the kids put their phones away and got into the pool. I sat under the patio cover with Grandma and we both enjoyed a large glass of wine as we watched the next generation play under the sunny blue skies of Palm Springs. We`ll definitely be bringing the kids back again soon to play. Thanks for providing us with a memorable vacation.
