Pros: Very close to shopping, golf, and restaurants in Palm Desert. Great for walking to coffee and going out to eat. The kitchen was nice.Cons: The property is fairly strict in that you're not allowed to move the temperature above or below 76 degrees whether it's Winter or Summer. We had to fix the kitchen faucet knob because the knob kept falling off. You're also not allowed to smoke outside the property. We like to smoke cigars but couldn't. They ask that when you leave the property, you must clean and wipe down counters like we should be the one cleaning and preparing for the next guests? In the master bedroom, we found a dead roach and cigar wrappers behind the bed. The TV in the living room and Ruku didn't work. We had to switch off the Ruku in one of the bedrooms with the living room to make it work. Parking rules were confusing. Initially were were told we'd have one covered parking and one non-covered parking but once we got there, we found out it was first come first served.

Great place to stay! Beautifully decorated! Clean! Equipped w/needed items, great to have king sized beds in both rooms, pool floats & beach towels for the swimming pool. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

The location was perfect for walking to shopping and restaurants! The place is very comfortable with an excellent kitchen, and outdoor pool and patio. One bed was very comfortable, but the bed in the smaller room is not.
