*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We have enjoyed just over a month at this home on mission hills Pete Dye golf course here in Rancho Mirage The home is huge , lots of space and spectacular outdoor setting. Very safe area with 24 hr security driving around complex. Loved the open design and well appointed kitchen!Few minor issues handled immediately by Vacasa. Prompt replies Don’t hesitate to rent this home !!

Absolutely the best vacation home that I`ve ever stayed. It is spacious, inviting, tasteful, huge and so immaculate. It sits on a golf course so the scenery is beautiful. The pool is private because of how it sits. The kitchen is huge and modern. I will go back there to stay as often as I can. I recommend this home highly. You will not regret it. Enjoy!

Love love love this house!!!Came down for my birthday weekend with a few girlfriends.We each had our own rooms en suite.The house was so cozy. The beds were like hotel beds. Super fluffy and cozy.The house was very clean.I kind of felt like I was home. Kitchen was more then stocked with dishes, glasses and pots/pans.There was literally nothing missing.The floor plan was open.Now about the yard. Lets face it you go to Palm Springs for the pool!The lay out of the yard is ideal for a golf course situation. Ultimate privacy!Unklike the other properties this house has a waterfall and foliage that allows privacy from the passing golf carts.We decided to make this an annual trip every October and we have found our house!!!Can`t wait to go back.

Had such a fun time with family enjoying the lovely pool with so much comfortable seating. Family was able to visit poolside and inside too with so many comfortable spots to sit. The decorations are well done and the kitchen perfect for a group with everything that is needed. So relaxing with view of golf course and mountains, enjoyed wonderful sunsets ! The privacy and quietness of the location make us look forward to our next visit!

Our family and friends always enjoy staying at this beautiful oasis in the desert. Then setting is very peaceful and relaxing, and the view of the golf course and mountains in the distance is absolutely stunning. The house is amazing and is well kept, nicely decorated and spacious! This house is great. We stayed there in June with our four adult children. We had a fantastic time. We plan to go back next year.The house is huge which gives everyone plenty of space.It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The MBR has a very comfortable King bed and a huge bathroom and a door that leads directly to the pool and spa. It is spacious and bright. If you prefer not to wake up at sunrise, the bedroom closest to the front of the house has a king bed and is quite dark with the shutters closed. It is good if you want to sleep in. The middle bedroom has two queen beds. Next to the bedrooms is a common area with two bunked beds and pullout couch suitable for the younger members of your group. The pool is good for lazing about. The waterfall, spa, and the plants provide privacy from the golf course and hedges provide a measure of privacy from the neighbors. The spa is quite large and can easily accommodate a dozen people. There are a number of umbrellas that can provide some shade for the pool, but they are better used for shading the lounge chairs.It is a beautiful kitchen for gourmet cooking, but we were on vacation and prepared only simple meals. We did a little grilling at the built-in gas grill by the pool.The house is furnished beautifully. It has a huge dining and living room area and a separate TV viewing area. Each bedroom has its own TV.The neighborhood is very quiet.

I loved this house. It is super comfortable. The beds are maybe the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The house is decorated beautifully. The backyard is set up great. Unlike some of the other homes around there. The yard is the most private that I saw. There is a waterfall and plants that provide privacy from the passing golf carts. I`m looking forward to renting this house again next time I am down that way.

My wife and I had a very relaxing week alone in the desert. The house is spacious. It has a large Master Bedroom with a very comfortable King bed. Outside the bedroom door, it is only steps to the hot tub with its view of the golf course and the mountains. After the hot tub we could choose to have a meal in the large kitchen or have a barbecue and sit at the table by pool. The house is tastefully furnished. The Master Bedroom is very bright and, if you prefer a darker room in the morning, the bedroom at the front of the house does nicely. There are 3 bedrooms and a set of bunk beds in a common room outside the bedrooms. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms. We plan to return with our four adult children. The neighborhood is very quiet. We received good service from your everyone.

The house had so much space, was very well appointed, great kitchen with tons of plates, cups, kitchen gadgets. We loved the basket of pool towels rolled up and ready for use. Awesome vacation, the setting of the pool juxtaposed by the golf course was absolutely gorgeous!
