With a south-facing yard, the views of the mountains and aerial tramway are amazing. Walking into this stylish new Palm Springs vacation rental, you'll find fabulous new furnishings with walls of glass looking outside to the pool area. With an open floor plan, it's easy to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends and family. The interior features vaulted natural wood tongue and groove ceilings and polished concrete floors in the living room that accentuate the retro decor and airy feel. The kitchen has been designed with custom soft close cabinets and gorgeous quartz counters with a waterfall edge on the center island, and it's also fully equipped for preparing a gourmet meal for the whole gang. Step outside and sit under the desert stars while enjoying a cocktail with friends, or float in the circular pool while enjoying the surrounding mountain views. In the evening gather around the fire pit and enjoy time with your guests or unwind in the above-ground hot tub as the stars twinkle above.

Sitting in North Palm Springs, you will be less than a mile from downtown and close to the base of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway for unlimited fun mere minutes from your front door. When you head into town, be sure to stop into the many eclectic shops and restaurants that make Palm Springs unique. A few local favorite places to grab a bite are Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). For a bit more fun, casinos, golf courses, and museums also call this desert valley home! Not to mention, Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park are also within 35 miles for outdoor excursions.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The home was great and included many of the amenities we would need. I’m only giving this stay 4 stars because the pool wasn't clean. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the AC worked great.

We had a fabulous time! The house was gorgeous, chic and spotless. We felt right at home. I highly recommend this rental. It was very close to restaurants and hiking trails. The pool/ hot tub and patio space were just right. The interior was lovely. It had everything we needed for the perfect family gathering. I would absolutely rent this house again next time I go to Palm Springs!

Gosh, where to begin? This home offers COMFORT and EASE at every level. Not to mention, it's absolutely beautiful. From the cozy interior design to the intentional landscaping, it's been the perfect setting for our home away from home. We felt like the location was also so clutch. We were only 10 mins away from everything - delicious restaurants, the gorgeous mountain (definitely recommend everyone checks out the Aerial Tram!), nights out on the town.

We felt so divinely aligned during our stay. Gratitude to the team who upkeeps the house and grounds. Gratitude to the moon for shining down on us during our stay.

We selected well! The home is cozy and comfortable with lots of outside space including a fire pit. We gathered in the kitchen and enjoyed the meals we made. This was such a great house! Close enough to downtown that it`s a quick ride (5-10 minutes), but far enough away that one is easily able to relax. The beds are super comfy, and the hot tub and fire pit outside is great for night when the temp drops. Inside the house, the set up with the island, stove, etc. makes it great for entertaining. Views of San Jacinto from the back yard is an added perk!

This is a beautifully decorated home perfect for quality time with family and friends. It is clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The open floor plan in the common areas was great for visiting. The pool was greatly appreciated in the heat of July. This was our first time in Palm Springs and we will definitely be back again and stay in this beautiful home. The home was only 5 minutes from the airport and downtown dining/activities and is located in a very nice neighborhood. It is very well maintained and nicely decorated. The kitchen has a lot of counter space is one of the best I`ve seen regarding being stocked for cooking and family gatherings. The mattresses, linens and pillows were wonderful. One our favorite things about this rental was the beautiful yard. The backyard has everything you will ever need for relaxing and entertaining. The pool, hot tub, outside fireplace, furniture and patio covers/ awnings all make this property stand out and a fun place to stay. We will definitely be returning soon.

The home was clean, beautiful, and full of tons of great amenities. The pool was fantastic. It`s one depth, about 5ft, no shallow end, but some big stairs to get in and out or lounge on. Plenty of furniture and umbrellas for the patio. The decor of this place is extremely lovely. The pieces they picked throughout the entire place show the owner`s great taste. I did find out, through the check-in process, that this home is also rented directly from its management company `Vacation Palm Springs.` If you rent directly through them, it looks like you can avoid an extra $100+ in AirBnB fees. We would definitely stay here again, but we would book through them directly next time. The people working at the office (that you have to go to for check in) are VERY friendly and extremely accommodating and made checking in very simple! Again, it`s beautiful! Thanks for the great place to stay! We loved it and will be happy to visit again!

House was nicely decorated, very comfortable. Those pillows were amazing! Unless you’re planning on swimming laps the pool was the perfect size & temperature. Definitely no need to pay extra to heat it in the summer. We heated the hot tub and that ended up being too hot. Showers were nice, appliances were great. Heads up there’s no pantry, so you have to bring any cofffee, oil, sugar, etc. and late checkout comes with a pricey fee (even for just a couple extra hours on a sunday) but had a great time and would stay here again!

For those looking for the true aura of vintage Palm Springs, when it was a playground for the old Hollywood set, this property will capture that feeling in spades. This home has it all - a bright, spacious interior, tastefully decorated in the mid-century modern style, but not overdone; a sparkling pool for lounging and escaping life’s pressures; splendid views of the surrounding mountains framed by the region’s signature towering palms; and a fantastic location close to Palm Springs’ uptown design district and most desirable shopping and dining. You would definitely not being missing your home kitchen by staying here. Beds are big and comfortable with soft linens and plenty of pillows. Thoughtful Mid-Century furnishings and decor.
