The desert charm of Palm Springs will be just around the corner, as this home sits in a quiet neighborhood less than two miles from the downtown core. Meander along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find delicious restaurants, great fashion boutiques, and various museums and art galleries! When you want a bit of adventure, the trails in the area and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will both offer breathtaking views of the valley and desert landscape. A day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is always a good idea as well and sits just 35 miles from home base.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

What a lovely long weekend at this beautiful home. Aside from the obvious midcentury charm, the house is in a great location to walk to restaurants and the market, is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac and has all the amenities we were looking for during our stay.Pros: Newly refurbished pool and hot tub with mountain views, three large bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of closet space, a beautiful living/dining/kitchen space with all the amenities, lots of outdoor space to enjoy the weather and a quiet location but walkable to restaurants/shopping or a short drive to downtown or the air port.Cons: Our stay was too short!I hope to be able to stay here again

This is my third time came to this house for my Palm Springs vacation. It’s so ideal in many ways: it combines the Mid-Century aesthetics with the convenience of modern amenities to have made my stay extremely enjoyable each time. We didn’t usually need a rental car for most of days because its location is perfect. It’s in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with convenient access to stores and bus lines. The pleasant stroll to downtown Palm Springs was my daily ritual with lots of fun shops, bars, restaurants and cafes in between to take a break or to visit. I’ve come with adults only, and adults with a baby on separate occasions. The house served all of our needs perfectly. Will definitely come to stay in this house every time I visit Palm Springs.

This house has the potential to be completely amazing! I wanted to provide some thorough feedback for the next guest and property management company. Loved that travel size toiletries are available, beds were more comfortable than expected, lots of extra towels/bedding, the place was sparkling clean and the pool was fantastic. Front door is very sticky and could use repair or possible replacing (it took forever to get in) and the slider door lock is broken. There are no curtains in the bedrooms, so when the sun rises, it lights up the front bedrooms like the lights are on. Although lots of towels were provided, they are rough and scratchy, like old hotel towels. Pots and pans are not non-stick so everything we cooked was a pain to clean. Pool maintenance is 2x/week and landscaping 1x/week and I asked Vacasa 3 different times what time to expect maintenance so we could plan accordingly and received no response (FYI landscaping came around 4pm and pool guys came around 11am). Outdoor furniture is old and needs replacing (also wasn’t cleaned), there were no high-quality pool floats provided (we ended up buying some at Walmart and leaving them for the next guest) and lastly if the temperature outside is over 100 degrees, we’re not allowed to set the AC lower than 76. This should be stated before booking (we traveled during a heat wave of 100-115). All in all, not sure we’d stay here again, but we enjoyed our family time together in this home.

Once the pool was heated it was a nice home. We called ahead 48 hours prior to have the pool heated and this did not occur until 2 days into our Holiday. There was also next her charge every day for having the pool heated. Water leaked into the master bedroom from the outside when it rained for a day. not sure we would return

loved the area where located but there are other homes available. did not like the fact that every day people showed up to do some kind of maintenance. was a bit disappointed that the pool had to texted to have it clean. would i go back, its a maybe but would try another place first.
loved the BBQ set up.

The location is great if you like to be near downtown and the airport however this house needs some TLC. For starters, the pool and deck are old and not looking so great. The patio area is ok but lacks a little ambience - a few potted plants or colorful cushions. The table cloth is ratty and ugly so sitting outside was not exactly "pretty." They need more small bowls. The hand soap was so runny like water, it's like someone filled it with water to stretch it out....there were many little things that contributed to us feeling like this was a C+ stay. On the bright side, it's quiet and the beds are comfortable.

Cute, simple house on a quiet cul de sac. Managed by a company, so be conscious of hard deadlines for check in and out. Pool heat is extra, purchase in advance if you're interested so pool is useable in winter (we didn't read closely enough to know this before it was too late). Otherwise, comfy beds, functional kitchen, great outdoor space.

Awesome rental! It has the perfect location, is super clear, and captures the magic of staying downtown, Palm Springs. The only negative is that the dishwasher does not clean and the showers do not have proper doors. I Will for sure be booking here again.

This house suited our needs quite well. We were very comfortable and happy with the pool (we spent most of our time there). The home has a nice layout, is super clean and has a keyless entry. There was a bucket full of pool towels which was convenient. The kitchen is very basic but has dishes plates utensils and an ice machine. There are a lot of rules, and fees for extra services but it all worked for us.
