This home is located in a residential neighborhood in a quiet corner of La Quinta, part of the greater Palm Springs area. The Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held at the Empire Polo Club, just a little over six miles from your door. Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino is only seven miles east of this rental if you want to try your luck at some adult gaming. Or bring your clubs and book your spot on a number of amazing golf courses in the area, some of which are world-famous!

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please call our CX Team at (503) 345-9399 to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $49/day.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The pool is stunning and the neighborhood is so quiet. The house is really lovely and well designed. The kitchen looks recently updated with a new gas stove and very clean fridge. But some things definitely need some minor repairs/updates. The master bathroom tub faucet needs replacing. As does a sink in the guest bathroom which is leaking. The outdoor furniture is not very comfortable and in pretty rough shape as is the living room couch. The internet service is extremely spotty and the instructions for the remotes do not match the remotes for the TV.

Lastly, the fence is really in need of replacing. It’s a falling down mess. Which is a pretty big expense for the owners but if I were the neighbors of this house, I’d be pretty annoyed at the lack of care.

Anyway, we did love the house! It was so cute! It just needs a little love.

A very suitable property For 3 couples traveling together. Plenty of supplies and great internet. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. My only concern was the shower in the master BR…. Very slippery. I purchased a non skid mat to use during our stay. This could be a serious concern for older adults. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again

Overall a good stay, a great option during these days of social distancing.It is fairly clean, located in a very private and quiet neighborhood.PROS: Everything looks just like the pictures, overall a spacious house, the pool is always cool, the bathrooms are big and clean, it is easy to maintain clean, it has solar panels so you can have the a/c without remorse, TV`s have cable or Roku. Restaurants, markets, urgent care, pet hospital, and shops are within a 10 min drive. Delivery through door dash is available. Base everyday items needed to cook, clean, wash, and personal care are provided with the house.CONS: Ensuite bathroom fan does not work, mattresses are soft (not our preference). If you are a light sleeper know that the flower bedroom is next to the a/c unit and you can hear it turning on and off. The house is echoey.
