THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

- Outdated house. Furniture, vanity cabinets, carpet are pretty beat up. Matress is amazing in the 1st bedroom but the master bedroom has a bad matrees and super old weird shower which you have to take a 15 inch step down into. The other two matresses were just ok. Pillows were great.- Coffee maker has no kpod option. Would be nice to have simple things like salt & pepper or cooking oil/spray in the kitchen. Rooms could use a few chairs in them.+ Little gated back yard for your dogs or small children is a plus. Would be nice to have a few small tables near the pool lounges.- My huge issue was the POOL heating. I paid to have to pool heated, I called to make sure all works properly. Vacasa confirmed yes. The pool started heating up around 10:45am and warmed by slightly by noon. It turned off by 8. The temperature never stayed warm but slightly cool. I spent 3h of my morning time trying to have someone fix the issue. In other rental house in PS, the heat started at 7am-2am. The water was super warm and lovely. This time it was just $ wasted. Even though around 3pm somone came by and said it was adjusted, as we were leaving the next day at 8:45am, the pool jet heat still did not start up. I would not recommend this property if a warm pool is the need for your trip.

This is a large home with a great space for families. The outdoor area is nice and has good seating. Overall the home needs some basic maintenance and repairs. Most issues we had were resolved with the management company. We loved the central location to everything in the area. Beds were comfortable.

This house could be a great house, if some updating and maintenance were done. Spacious but so many things did not work or were broken. We would not rent this house again.

It was infested with water bugs. Pool sides were green. Only 4 towels. This was not the fault of Vacasa.
