WHAT’S NEARBY

This beautiful, four-condo complex is peaceful and serene, yet it sits only two blocks west of Palm Canyon Drive and the heart of downtown Palm Springs. All along the village's main strip, you'll find an assortment of wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife, from theaters to casinos. Bring your clubs and make a tee time at one of the dozens of golf courses that await in the surrounding area, or take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west) to soak in a view of the desert. You'll also be a quick drive from lovely hiking trails in Tahquitz Canyon (one mile south) and Indian Canyons (four miles south).

  • Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
  • The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The unit was wonderful - located centrally within 1.5 blocks of downtown - and was beautifully furnished and decorated, not to mention the very nice pool and hot tub. The Vacasa personnel were polite and immediately available for a minor connection error (our fault) with one of the bedroom television. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway spot.

This home is located in the perfect place. It's quiet, yet you can walk to everything in downtown Palm Springs including restaurants, museums, shops, etc. We always had the pool to ourselves and it was very refreshing to take a dip after a day in the sun. The off-street parking for cars was very convenient as well. We cooked almost every meal at this home and had all the pots/pans/spices, etc. one needs to cook great meals. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo has comfortable and generous amenities. I really loved the spacious master suite and walk in closet. The AC works exceptionally well. And you can walk to downtown easily. A bit bummed the outside lights stay on until 4 AM because they illuminate the master bedroom quite a bit. But otherwise, it was lovely and we would rent again for sure.

Location is great! We had a few minor issues with their cable TV setup and one of the bathroom drains but other than that the property is pretty perfect. Highly recommended for 2 couples trying to save on hotel costs, want a full kitchen, and still want to be within walking distance of central downtown Palm Springs!

The property is beautiful and spacious, and steps from downtown. The only problem we had was communicating with the property manager(s) in the beginning. There are more than one layers of management so it was a bit confusing. We got several emails before we checked in from different people. The company that you have to check in with closes at 5, so if you don’t get there before then, you need to call and make arrangements to get your check in instructions....so read the fine print! Once we got through that, everything else was great...very comfortable and beautiful. We’d definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Seville Corner. It is very centrally located, yet very quiet. Nice that it had two parking spots available for guests. Kitchen was very well appointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Seville Desert Condo.... Great space, location and very helpful `on site` manager. Best Hot Tub in town. Just two blocks from city center in a very private setting. The rental has all the amenities you would need.

The interior of the condo is quite beautiful.Tasteful decor, spacious. However the big surprise is how nice the pool area is. It looks nothing like the photos on the internet. First of all is a SPA, and walls of glass, creating a large pool deck. New pool chairs, table, umbrellas, a delightful place to spend an afternoon. It was too hot to use the new large firepit in the first courtyard. But I think it would be wonderful to sit around on a cold winter night. The property has changed so much at first I thought I wasat the wrong place. You can`t beat the location, so close to town. for being so close to the shops, dining, & bars, it`s amazingly quiet at night.

The condo was very nice and perfectly situated. We were staying a month and don`t rent a car so it was perfect. The only downside was the pool area, it was very small. This condo is in a 4-plex and while we were there only one other was occupied and that was by a working person. There is only room for 4 people by the pool so if the complex was full pool usage would be extremely hampered.
