Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The gated driveway makes this home private and provides security. It was nice to be able to let our dogs out and not worry about them escaping. The air conditioning worked great during the 4 days of 110-118 degree heat. This is a wonderful home! Clean, great decor, and very open floor plan.

The is a very spacious home complete with a lovely pool in a great area of Palm Springs. It did lack sheet pans and serving spoons and serving bowls. With a little TLC, this place would be an excellent vacation home.

Overpriced for Not So Heated Pool

The home was beautiful and clean for the most part. There are some areas for repair but nothing major. The pool was clean and well kept. However, I paid $500 to have it heated for the week. I was told it would take three days to heat the pool, so I needed to contact them 3 days prior to rental in order to have it heated for my entire stay. I did as they asked, contacted them 3 days prior to the rental. I arrived on a Monday and the pool wasn't heated until Wednesday. It stayed heated for 2 days, and by Friday it was cold again. It suddenly warmed up again on Sunday but I had to check out by 10 am so that was useless...$500 for 2 days of heat is ridiculous and a rip off. Overall, a few minor updates to the house and a new pool heating system are definitely needed in order to make this property a top rated rental.

This is our second time at this home and it didn’t disappointment! It was just as amazing as the last time 3 years ago!

The layout of the home was grand and it was wonderful that each bedroom has its own bathroom for our guests.

The pool setting was spa-like along with the hot tub! Beautiful view of the mountains, sky and surrounding palm trees

The location is ideally centralized and walking distance from downtown and a waking path down the street.

The staff with Vacasa we’re amazing and the customer service was exceptional!

Can’t wait to come back!

we absolutely love how spacious the home was and big the pool was, there just a few minor details, the yard had lot of old animal feces, fridge was not fully clean has small dead bugs and staining, the garbage disposal was not functioning and there is a roach problem, we still enjoyed staying there and tried our best to keep clean as possible and we came back home refresh and relaxed

Perfect grounds, comfortable interior, and the proximity to downtown was ideal. There were three of us adults, plus my senior white labrador. We all throughly enjoyed the home. A very nice stay considering our need to leave the foggy coast of Santa Barbara. We`ll be back in September.

This home exceeded our expectations. We`ve stayed at a few short-term rentals in the immediate vicinity to this home, and this home is our favorite. The home is tastefully decorated and very private. The accommodations are very comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we expected. The check-in/out process was seamless. We have no recommendations for improvement. The renters handbook explains nearly all of the home details including the contractor maintenance schedules, which is very helpful to alert renters when the pool and yard contractors will be on site. The reservation team was very responsive, and customer focused. Clearly the management team is focused on customer care and that was felt in the limited interactions we had with the team.

We had a great stay at Club 1070. The home is just beautiful. The kitchen is perfect for. Family gathering with a huge island around which to congregate and share meals and conversation. Each of the three bedrooms has an attached bathroom, which is really convenient, as well as a separate powder room. The pool and pool are are large and welcoming, and the whole property is super private. We had a fun, relaxing stay!

The house had a fantastic layout. We loved the Chef`s kitchen that opened into the living space. The pool and patio area were wonderful! We greatly enjoyed sunny days by the pool and loved the fire pit in the evenings. The property had beautiful landscaping and a great privacy hedge. An added bonus was the mature citrus fruit trees that we used for breakfast and cocktails! We loved the neighborhood and it was convenient to downtown and food shopping.
